Balloons are Dry run Chinese EMP attacks? This means war. If China did that, I doubt the nuclear missiles wont be able to fly. There are also nuclear missiles in subs.
Thing is would the US, like Biden actually order a nuclear response against China if they did such a thing. I have also wondered if China has the goods on Biden and family, meaning he is already compromised, under their sway.
