Example: a new house, job, relationship, etc. you should ask GOD to give you two or more witnesses to confirm it. STORY TIME,I asked GOD if it was HIS will that I marry my husband. (BEFORE WE GOT MARRIED OF COURSE!!
) GOD knew that this man met all the qualifications I wanted him to meet. BUT, GOD knows best right!? The last thing I wanted to do was go by my FEELINGS & EMOTIONS! That won't do anything but get you into trouble. Besides, I had the details of my wedding planned years ago...........it's a woman thing. Soooo, I asked GOD to give me a 2nd witness to confirm if this was HIS will for me. I was working at the USPS at the time. And about a week and 1/2 later, a guy at work said to me that him and his wife were moving. "She was a Wedding planner and wants to sell all her decorations. I heard you are opening your own Photography studio, so I thought you may want to come and look at the stuff" I agreed! After looking through about $900.00 worth of decor. (I had $300.00 to spend) When I ask his wife what she wanted for all of it. She looked at me and said "Well,.would $50.00 be to much?" My mouth dropped open as I breathlessly said "...um...uh....no, that's not to much" As I went to pay her I was going to give her $150.00 for it at least. But, the LORD said "I WILL BLESS HER. THIS IS MY BLESSING TO YOU." Wow, isn't our GOD wonderful? It wasn't until I got home that I began to notice that the flowers and decor. were the colors I had chosen for my wedding. (years ago I might add)A few days later my neighbor came over and I was telling her all about it. (note: I hadn't told ANYONE that I had been proposed to at this time) She got all excited and said come over for a minute. She began telling me that her boyfriend had just asked her to marry him and so she was looking at wedding dresses. She had been married before, but didn't feel it would be appropriate to wear the same dress twice. So, she asked me to try it on. "Wow, a perfect fit" I said as she zipped up the dress. I admired it in the mirror for a few seconds thinking she was crazy to spend $1,500.00 on a dress she would wear for just a few hours. As our eyes met, hers were filled with tears. "What's wrong!? Did I do something wrong!?" She stood there for a moment, then said "Oh, my gosh!! You won't believe all the girls that have been here to try on that dress, and it didn't fit any of them. Your not going to believe this but, I have had this dress for 3 years and I've asked GOD what to do with it. He told me just to hang onto it, someday the right girl will come along and it will fit her perfect.....................So, it's yours, you can have it!" At that exact moment MY eyes filled with tears, the prayer that I prayed about came flooding through my mind. I got my 2nd witness, the dress, the decoration, I got my 2nd witness!!" :angel4
