There are two different last days prophecies, even as there would be two different comings of the Redeemer out of Sion.

There are prophecies of the last days of the First covenant, and prophecies of the last days of the New.

The first prophecy being a total waste of the people at the end of His first coming as a man:

The highways lie waste, the the wayfaring man ceaseth: he hath broken the covenant, he hath despised the cities, he regardeth no man. The earth mourneth and languisheth: Lebanon is ashamed and hewn down: Sharon is like a wilderness; and Bashan and Carmel shake off their fruits. (Isaiah 33)

The resurrection immediately follows:

Now will I rise, saith the LORD; now will I be exalted; now will I lift up myself.

The next and last prophecy will have a remnant, when He comes a 2nd time to receive them unto Himself (John 14):

And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set his hand again the second time to recover the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea. (Isaiah 11)

The first of the last days prophecies, which we are now in, had only the hypocrisy of the people, without any outside attack against them, other than the perverting of their ways. They would spoil themselves against the Lord.

The 2nd of the last days prophecies, will be that of the rod of God, the Assyrian (Is 10), making war with His people, with a remnant staying with the Lord to meet Him at His coming in the air.

The first of the last days prophecies and His coming immediately precede His resurrection (Is 33), and the 2nd last days prophecies and coming immediately precede His reign on earth. (Is 11)

During the first of the last days, Jesus prophecies that all would forsake Him (John 16), but that He would rise again, and they believed Him not, and so Scripture concludes them all in unbelief at the cross, during His burial, and at His resurrection. (Rom 11)

Paul prophecies a remnant being alive and remaining faithful to the end of the 2nd last days. (1 Thess 4)

Therefore, to read all last days prophecies as one period and event of His coming is false.

The 1st last days prophecies pertain to the promised seed born after the flesh. The 2nd last days prophecies pertain to the promised seed born after the Spirit.

Even as the prophecies of His 1st coming were hidden from the eyes of them born after the flesh, so are the 1st last days prophecies hidden from the eyes of them seeing on the flesh.

Here is another prophecy of the last days of the 1st covenant:

But thou hast cast off and abhorred, thou hast been wroth with thine anointed. Thou hast made void the covenant of thy servant: thou hast profaned his crown by casting it to the ground. Thou hast broken down all his hedges; thou hast brought his strong holds to ruin. All that pass by the way spoil him: he is a reproach to his neighbours.

Thou hast set up the right hand of his adversaries; thou hast made all his enemies to rejoice. Thou hast also turned the edge of his sword, and hast not made him to stand in the battle. Thou hast made his glory to cease, and cast his throne down to the ground. The days of his youth hast thou shortened: thou hast covered him with shame. Selah.

How long, LORD? wilt thou hide thyself for ever? shall thy wrath burn like fire?
(Psalms 89)

How long? For three days in the heart of the heart preaching wrath with fire upon the guilty.

Why? Because of their unbelief from the beginning at Mt Sion in Exodus 20, it was concluded that a law should be made for covenant of the people, according to which he must die on the cross, to make a full end of the 1st and a new beginning of the next covenant.

Remember how short my time is: wherefore hast thou made all men in vain? What man is he that liveth, and shall not see death? shall he deliver his soul from the hand of the grave? Selah.

When He rose again with healing in His wings, His wrath was abated, and He would once against receive His any people unto Himself by faith, and be graft in to His green olive tree of Israel.

Another prophecy of the first last days with no remnant:

(Jerem 2)

For pass over the isles of Chittim, and see; and send unto Kedar, and consider diligently, and see if there be such a thing. Hath a nation changed their gods, which are yet no gods? but my people have changed their glory for that which doth not profit.

No more profit with the nation of Israel. They are all become unprofitable to God. (Rom 3:12)

Be astonished, O ye heavens, at this, and be horribly afraid, be ye very desolate, saith the LORD. For my people have committed two evils; they have forsaken me the fountain of living waters, and hewed them out cisterns, broken cisterns, that can hold no water.

All are become desolate and broken. All broken off from the green olive tree of Israel.

The young lions roared upon him, and yelled, and they made his land waste: his cities are burned without inhabitant.

All israel's cities burned and no inhabitant for God remains. All forsook Him at the cross. (John 16)

For of old time I have broken thy yoke, and burst thy bands; and thou saidst, I will not transgress; when upon every high hill and under every green tree thou wanderest, playing the harlot. Yet I had planted thee a noble vine, wholly a right seed: how then art thou turned into the degenerate plant of a strange vine unto me? For though thou wash thee with nitre, and take thee much soap, yet thine iniquity is marked before me, saith the Lord GOD.

God had many times rescued them from the distress and pollutions, but now no more. This is the last time to come to them to save as a nation, and they rejected Him, and so He utterly rejects them, and all their washings and repetition of words were counted as nought. (I John 2:18)

As the thief is ashamed when he is found, so is the house of Israel ashamed; they, their kings, their princes, and their priests, and their prophets.

The whole house of Israel is ashamed at the cross. All the lost sheep of the house of Israel were judged as unbelievers along will all other nations. (Rom 11:32)

But where are thy gods that thou hast made thee? let them arise, if they can save thee in the time of thy trouble: for according to the number of thy cities are thy gods, O Judah. Wherefore will ye plead with me? ye all have transgressed against me, saith the LORD.

All transgressed the covenant. They all would be judged as them that are laughed at by god, when their total calamity came. (Prov 1)

Yea, thou shalt go forth from him, and thine hands upon thine head: for the LORD hath rejected thy confidences, and thou shalt not prosper in them.

There is no remnant in this prophesy of the last days of the first covenant, when the Lord Himself will come to reprove them, and it will be for nought:

In vain have I smitten your children; they received no correction: your own sword hath devoured your prophets, like a destroying lion.

And so also, they devoured their Savior, the God of Israel,a nd as they rejected Him to be their God in person, so He has rejected all them to be His people born of the flesh.

Prophecies of the last days of the First Covenant:

Hosea 1:

Then said God, Call his name Loammi: for ye are not my people, and I will not be your God. Yet the number of the children of Israel shall be as the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured nor numbered; and it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people, there it shall be said unto them, Ye are the sons of the living God.

The context could be that of the northern kingdom; however:

Hosea 3:

For the children of Israel shall abide many days without a king, and without a prince, and without a sacrifice, and without an image, and without an ephod, and without teraphim: Afterward shall the children of Israel return, and seek the LORD their God, and David their king; and shall fear the LORD and his goodness in the latter days.

Hosea 5:

And the pride of Israel doth testify to his face: therefore shall Israel and Ephraim fall in their iniquity; Judah also shall fall with them.

All are counted for the children of Israel: Israel, Ephraim, and Judah to all fall, adn then to seek the Lord and David their king: as when before the splitting of kingdoms.

The latter days of return are now, any and all being grafted into the green olive tree of Israel and of Judah by faith of Jesus (Jerem 11:16-17), who now sits as king upon the throne of David (Luke 1:32), and is building again the tabernacle of David (Acts 15:16), as High Priest of the true tabernacle, not pitched by man. (Heb 8:2, 9:11)

There are no such scenarios in Scripture. The first coming of Christ was as the Messiah/King of Israel and the Savior of the world. In the second coming, He comes as the King of kings and Lord of lords as well as the divine Judge. The last days relate to the second coming of Christ.

Prophecies of the last days of the First Covenant:

Jerem 11:

Then shall the cities of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem go, and cry unto the gods unto whom they offer incense: but they shall not save them at all in the time of their trouble. For according to the number of thy cities were thy gods, O Judah; and according to the number of the streets of Jerusalem have ye set up altars to that shameful thing, even altars to burn incense unto Baal. Therefore pray not thou for this people, neither lift up a cry or prayer for them: for I will not hear them in the time that they cry unto me for their trouble.

A time when God will hear no more prayers for Judah and Jerusalem. This would apply to the time of the carrying away from Babylon, but it also applies to a time of the last days:

The LORD called thy name, A green olive tree, fair, and of goodly fruit: with the noise of a great tumult he hath kindled fire upon it, and the branches of it are broken. For the LORD of hosts, that planted thee, hath pronounced evil against thee, for the evil of the house of Israel and of the house of Judah, which they have done against themselves to provoke me to anger in offering incense unto Baal.

This is not just the 'southern' kingdom prior to Babylon, but is the whole green tree of Israel and of Judah, with all her branches being broken off at the cross, when all forsook the Lord Jesus, and all were concluded in unbelief.

All the children of Israel and of Judah were blinded at the cross by unbelief, and part of the reason the Lord provoked them to unbelief, was that the gentiles could come in to His green olive tree as His people of Israel and of Judah.

This being the new covenant now made with the house of Israel and the house of Judah: The New Testament of Jesus Christ is with the house of Israel and of Judah. All therefore in His body are children of Israel and of Judah.

Them that are Israel after the flesh, are in name only.

Your posting is mere learned mantra.

You do not refute two different last days prophecies, one of all being cut off, and another of a remnant.

Come back, when you have something serious to offer. Or not.

There are so many errors in your thread, that it would take a series of posts to deal with them. And in the end you would continue to hold on to your mistaken ideas.

I.e. your brain can't function outside of your little box.

It's a simple question: are there two different prophecies of the last days or not, and if not, then show how the ones I give speak of a 'remnant' surviving the time of His coming.
