Extremism is something that is caused by an effect, I would think.

England wanting to start WW2 would be seen as extremism, they were the ones who wanted it.

Socialist love to make up laws that are stupid, like lets have so many laws that it defeats the purpose but then just infringes on others freedoms and then becomes a powder keg down the track and everyone gets hurt, one needs relief valves but under intelligent guidance of the reality's.
Not just a one sided dictatorship like the radical socialist love, that no one is allowed to think for themselves but that the government will do all that for you, because you are just mushrooms to that lot.

One can not define extremism, what type ?
Union extremism ?
A person or persons under the union guidance who jacks up, would be labelled as a extremist and they will come at you with every trick in the book to do malice against such.
Such laws could only keep people under foot, and I am sure that's there intention, so that the Government does not have justify to there actions or truly deal with the subject at hand.

Every stupid radical extremist was dealt with in the past effectively but as to Political Correctness that has caused hell with such a system and the game is then played in a cunningly devious way that it only does injury to the people as a whole by loosing their freedoms. because some dip sticks are only empowered due to stupid such as Political Correctness nonsense giving such people power.

We see so many radical Islamist empowered due to Political Correctness and all the government does is to turn a blind eye to them all, but come down on it's own citizens to make them 2ed rate while rolling out the red carpet to total radical and such are even criminal morons that should be kicked out.

Be carful with what the government is truly asking of you in such as above, because in many cases it's not what you truly think that it is at all.

This is another attempt by the UK government to protect Radical Islamists while going after conservatives and Christians. Please note who is chairing this commission: "Lead Commissioner Sara Khan also hopes the work will shine a light on the harms of extremism"...

So what is Muslim Sara Khan going to say about the Koran and Islam? Is she going to condemn Muslim extremism or is she going to make excuses for it? However she will be targeting *Far Right extremism* since there is very little of that compared to Islamist terrorism.

This is all SMOKE AND MIRRORS since the UK government went after Tommy Robinson and jailed him, but protected the evil Muslims who committed atrocities on British soil. The Brits have been coddling terrorists (Jihadists) for a very long time, while making public noises as though they are going to do something. Even the police have been told to suppress the truth about the crimes of Muslims in England and Europe. At the same time they have been banning conservatives from outside the UK to address these issues.

Why does any government need to do *a study* on extremism? There are probably hundreds of laws against murder, rape, kidnapping, extortion, illegal entry into any country, etc. And terrorism is warfare, and there are plenty of laws against enemy soldiers entering a country and waging war against its citizens indiscriminately.
