I didn't know where to post this video but Bible versions have usually been debated so put it here for you to see what is coming out.

He says "changes" are being made; what he means is changes from the KJV. But before you can say changes from the KJV are bad, you have to establish that the KJV is the gold standard that all others are compared to. The KJV is the gold standard for some people, but it's never been established by any objective criteria to be the gold standard.

Thanks for sharing, @Cyd

This is the famine of the end times.

Amos 8:11-12 (KJV) 11 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD: 12 And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the LORD, and shall not find [it].

Warning New Bibles Coming Out

My hope is anchored in Jesus not the Bible .....so it makes no difference to me if there were a thousand versions.

Imagine if you were blind and born in Lapland 150 years ago, or you were an indigenous African on a slave ship who couldn't speak English. Do we think Jesus has abandoned these folk because of their inability to read or know of the bible.

It behooves us not to become bible worshippers and think we have an advantage.

That is a great word thanks for sharing it... I remember way back researching all this stuff the NIV is what is used in most churches today and I used to have a list of all they deleted and all they changed... I have always been a KJV person as this is the only scripture approved by a king to me that means the only book ever promoted and backed by a king, that means something to God. Now Trump did a KJV for America too but also within our country we are the only nation that has Almighty God mentioned in gov. docs. preambles even of states.

Well I did post on my blog about this and this was the word the Lord gave me. John 8:32 (KJV) And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

I guess that King had a two-way conversation with God?

Any version that is understood by a person is good.
Any version that can lead one to God is good.

Now...if you want to do a theological study,,,then SEVERAL versions will be necessary including using the original language and what Greek scholars believe is meant TODAY since they also change their mind about meanings/definitions.

I agree with @quietthinker in post 6

Let's now watch this turn into a KJV only thread.

Yeshua!! to start with, His words the key John 14:6 (KJV) Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. These are the words that will never pass away...how much of NT will be gone to you?

Yes, the truth makes you free. Jesus is The Truth. It is to him the scriptures bear witness to.

All modern versions of the bible, the NIV, the ESB, the NET derive from the LSD.
Sorry, but what is LSD? I tried looking it up on Google, and it thought I meant LDS (Latter Day Saints). The only LSD I could find was the hallucinogenic drug.

Good question.
I thought he meant the LDS, but that would be the version that the Mormons use, as you've stated.
However, no other translations are derived from that one...so yes, good question.

You ask HOW MUCH OF THE NEW TESTAMENT WILL BE GONE TO YOU?

What does that mean?

The guy in the video keeps saying it's Jesus who says "I have become" in Revelation 21:6; however, the one who says it is the One who sits on the throne, the Father. He should learn how to read before he starts criticizing.

"Then He who sat on the throne said, 'Behold, I make all things new.' And He said to me, 'Write, for these words are true and faithful.' And He said to me, “It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts."

I actually like this part of the NT better:

John 18:37-38
37Pilate said, “So you are a king?”

Jesus responded, “You say I am a king. Actually, I was born and came into the world to testify to the truth. All who love the truth recognize that what I say is true.”

38“What is truth?” Pilate asked.

Pilot was looking at the truth.

The gold standard for the woke LGBT+ movement is the "Queen James" version. All references to homosexuality being sin have been removed....true story

Well, I don't have anything to do with the LGBT+ movement, and I've never said that version should be the gold standard; so, if you say it's a true story I'll just have to take your word for it.
