Now let me start by saying that this is not a true story, not found in Scripture but it has some points to ponder.

There is a legend that Moses was sitting under a tree at an oasis by himself one day just chilling.

It was around 8AM when he noticed a traveller with a camel approaching in the distance, the traveller bathed, gave his camel
water and off he went.
But before he left, Moses saw him drop his money purse, the traveller was quite unaware of this.

Then at 10AM another traveller approached the oasis and also drank, bathed and watered his camel and just before
leaving he saw the money purse on the ground and seeing no one around he picked it up counted the money and rejoiced
because it was a fair amount of gold.

Then at noon Moses saw a third traveller approach the oasis and go through the same routine, bathe, drink and water his camel.

At this time the first traveller who dropped the money realised that his money purse was missing and so he returned to the well
where he suspected he dropped it.
here he found the 3rd traveller and asked him if he saw a money purse.
The 3rd traveller said "No", the first traveller then accused him of lying and a fight ensued and the 1st traveller killed him and then
left.

Moses saw the whole thing and said to God, "See the unfairness of life, the first traveller lost his money and ended up killing someone
the 2nd traveller got something he didn't work for and the innocent 3rd traveller was murdered".

God responded and said, "Moses you don't know everything, the first traveller's father stole the money from the second travellers
father years ago and so he is getting back what is due and the second traveller is a murderer who was never caught and
is getting paid back for his crime.

What do you think ?

It promotes a sort of karma, when we know God does not repay everything in the here and now.

Karma.

It sounds just, but that's not how it all works. The first traveler is still a murder. Only the government and God have the authority to justly take someone's life. The first man is not God, nor the government. Therefore, evil was repaid with evil. This is not the way of our God.

You guys are quite correct about it sounding like "karma", and there is no such thing at all.
However, remember that God himself is featured in the story, and he has carried out justice through an
individual on a number of occasions and not government.

So.....Dexter is an agent of God by killing all those murderers?
