So it is apparent that there is a parallel to the Rapture. The Rapture happens on Earth. The Two Witnesses go to Heaven. So it is with the faith. When we die, what we know about God does not remain on Earth. Rather what we know about God becomes Heavenly and we ourselves go to Heaven to experience it, in its Heavenly state. This is what it means when it says "it is appointed to Man once to die and after that the Judgment" (letters, from memory). This is called "translation".
Translation means that we no longer associate with the world as God has created it, but with a Heavenly realm, where we understand plainly what it is that God is saying, why He is saying and what it means. This is simple faith. Those that don't have faith, will not want to go to Heaven and so will be mystified why they are in Hell (and so won't be able to do anything but offer praise that is of little value - not enough to en
this too, will pass away). The believer on the other hand, will be translated into strength, be full of compassion, have a lively word (oh! A lively word! Imagine that!) This is remarkable, because others that are translated will share in the same experience.
Now is the time to repent! Then. For we know that if we make our translation difficult, we will have less, perhaps even 'no' reward, by the time we get there. Those that have misrepresented the translation will be punished and given diminished standing (if any). This translation is common, across many folds (as Jesus said "there are sheep of other folds" (gospels, from memory)), entirely different worlds altogether will be translated and all will be understood, having a common tongue and variations of it (depending on where you go). Things that make the translation easier on the other hand, will be rewarded and shared (as I'm doing here?). There is a great sense, that nothing is lacking, when you get to this place - which is what is commonly reported in NDEs, though they typically do not report the need to be translated, but simply to "return" (to Heaven, at life's end).
Now, I must be careful to say that I do not know what all the experiences of Heaven will be, I'm still looking forward to that myself - what I am saying, is that we need to trust the process. The tribulation we are about to go through, is a piece of cake, as long as we trust the process God has put in place, to transition us, to a place of greater prominence and authority. Those laying down their lives in spirit and those laying down their lives in truth, will both be a great encouragement to each other, and the shared nature of the process will be evident to them. If the process is shared, then God is close, we will not have to face the enemy defenseless. The point is to move out in faith, and take hold of the nations by the power of God's Word in us (and our word to Him). I am learning to be confident as I write this!
