what is a 'warn status'?

A warn status is part of our warning system. It is displayed only between the member his or her self and the team.

It's just a warning system; I'm sorry but I'm not sure how else to explain it.
Like most forums, our team has the ability to warn members when they violate a rule. Your warning bar would increase and a reason for the warning should be displayed.
