what is considered "lust"

(flesh, carnal, 'normal' for people born of the flesh)
Long ago, Scripture simply said "desire" - tradition or culture changed it gradually (or suddenly) to "lust",
perhaps as if some sinful desire is hoped to be "okay", as long as it is not as bad as people see "lust",
but all the desire of the world/ flesh/ carnal man is sinful.
