[Matthew 28:19-20 KJV] 19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, [even] unto the end of the world. Amen.

Many say that the passage above is our "great commission".

[2Corinthians 5:18-21 KJV] 18 And all things [are] of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; 19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. 20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech [you] by us: we pray [you] in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God. 21 For he hath made him [to be] sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

Jesus gave the "great commission" to his twelve disciples.

Paul is our apostle, and as such gives us, the body of Christ, our doctrine and commandments.

Jesus, through Paul, gave us our "great commission" in 2 Corinthians above.

NO, the so-called “great commission” is not found in Paul. The great commission was given by the Lord Jesus Christ Himself to His disciples before He ascended into heaven. He said, “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age” (Matthew 28:19–20). He also said, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned” (Mark 16:15–16). These are the words of Christ, spoken with His own mouth. They are the true commission.

To say that Paul gives us a different commission is to strip Jesus of His authority and to make His words void. Jesus is the only Teacher, the only Lord, the only Master, and He alone sets the command. He warned, “Why do you call Me ‘Lord, Lord,’ and not do the things which I say?” (Luke 6:46). If you set Paul’s words above Christ’s words, then you are not a disciple of Christ but a follower of man.

The doctrine and commandments come from Jesus, not from Paul. Jesus said to the disciples, “Teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you.” Not all things Paul later wrote, but all things Jesus Himself commanded. Christ never told us to wait for Paul to deliver another gospel or another commission. On the contrary, He said, “Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away” (Matthew 24:35).

Therefore I rebuke you: stop exalting Paul above the Son of God. The great commission belongs to Christ and Christ alone. It was given to His disciples by His own lips, sealed with His authority, and carried out in His name. No man has the right to replace or redefine what Jesus commanded. If you claim that Paul gave us our true commission, then you deny the authority of Jesus Christ, who is Lord of all.

Jesus gave the twelve commandments. I have not replaced it or redefined any commandment Jesus gave them.
Jesus gave Paul separate commandments which includes 2 Corinthians 5:18-21.
Teacher, the only Lord, the only Master, and He alone sets the command. He warned, “Why do you call Me ‘Lord, Lord,’ and not do the things which I say?” (Luke 6:46).
So if you obey all that Jesus commands then you then I have some questions in this regard:

[Mat 19:21 KJV] 21 Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go [and] sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come [and] follow me.................have you sold all?

[Mat 19:17 KJV] 17 And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? [there is] none good but one, [that is], God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments......................Do you keep the commandments? You do know the commandments include all the law

We were talking about forgiveness, look at this verse..............................[Mat 6:15 KJV] 15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses............................To be forgiven you have to forgive
If you set Paul’s words above Christ’s words, then you are not a disciple of Christ but a follower of man.
Paul said to follow him as he follows Christ................[1Co 11:1 KJV] 1 Be ye followers of me, even as I also [am] of Christ.

@Doug
This is what I know with certainty about you, you are spiritually blind because you follow another (paul) instead of Christ. and have hardened your heart. You do not consider anything from anyone, certainly nothing from Jesus words that you reject fully. Jesus often spoke about spiritual blindness, showing that some people, though they hear and see, cannot truly understand. In Matthew 13:10–15 He explained to His disciples that He spoke in parables because the secrets of the kingdom were not given to everyone. Many see but do not perceive, hear but do not understand, because their hearts have become calloused and their eyes closed. If they turned to God, He would heal them. In John 12:37–40, even after Jesus had done many signs, the people still did not believe, fulfilling the words of Isaiah that their eyes were blinded and their hearts hardened so they would not see, understand, and be healed. Jesus also warned in Matthew 15:14 that the blind who lead others are blind guides, and both will fall into the pit.

This truth was already spoken in the Old Testament. In Isaiah 6:9–10, God told the prophet to speak to a people who would always hear but never understand, always see but never perceive, because their hearts were hardened and their eyes closed. In Deuteronomy 29:4 Moses reminded Israel that even to that day the Lord had not given them eyes to see, ears to hear, or a mind that understands. Jeremiah 5:21 rebuked the people as foolish and senseless, with eyes that do not see and ears that do not hear. Ezekiel 14:4–5 declared that when Israel set up idols in their hearts and put stumbling blocks before their faces, God Himself would answer them according to their idolatry, in order to recapture their hearts that had strayed from Him.

All these passages teach the same lesson. Spiritual blindness is often a judgment from God upon those who continually reject His truth. Idolatry, whether in worshiping false gods or following false teachings, darkens the heart and closes the eyes. The more a person refuses the truth, the harder the heart becomes, until blindness sets in fully. False teachers and guides are blind themselves, and those who follow them will be led into destruction. Yet God also makes clear that if people would turn back, open their ears, and seek Him with their hearts, He would heal them.

I prey that one day you shall be healed if it is the will of God.
