PROVERBS 6:16-19

16 These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:

17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,

18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,

19 A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

I believe it’s in verse 19–sowing discord among brethren. Did I count correctly?

Have you heard of the walkaway movement?
It's huge and getting bigger all the time.
There are individual testimonies on you tube of people who have walked away from the democrat party.
Their reasons for being democrats in the first place are varied.
Some have families that were just brought up voting democrat.
They never got involved in politics they just did what the family always done.
Habit.
Then there are those who felt a shift in the party. The extremes were too much and they had to leave.
I forget which President who said he'd have those... people of color, voting democrat for 200 years.
They were lied to.
That Deal the New Deal? actually left black people out of it. It excluded them.
So while they were promised a better life on one hand, they were being deceived by the other.
Not all Democrats are Left.
The Left is the Left.
And hopefully come Nov 3rd they be Left behind.

I would say that the OP verses from Proverbs 6 apply to all people everywhere regardless of national or political affiliation.

IOW, there's something for everyone in these verses.
