Which one is true, Simon bar-Jonah or Simon son of John ?

I've found a duality in which simon peter was written in bible, here's the ambiguity of its verses :

1. Matthew 16:16-17
   Bar-Jonah meaning is similar to moslem naming convention of their parent using "Peter bin [parent name]", so Bar-Jonah means Simon Peter was the son of Jonah. (NIV version).
2. John 1:42
   In this verse there are many ambiguity among bible version.
   BBE version : son of John
   NIV version : son of John
   ASV version : son of John
   KJV version : son of Jonah
3. John 21:15-17
   BBE version : son of John
   NIV version : son of John
   ASV version : son of John
   KJV version : son of Jonah

Whose son does peter ?
