I would take number one because I love beautiful women. It is bad to think so but my eyes and my heart become always weak if I see a woman who looks like pure gold.
If I would take the number two I would not know if I could keep the marriage.

If however you can lower your standards just a little from Venus on the Half Shell, you may find the woman of your dreams. You just may not have reached the age yet where you understand there can be a far greater attraction to someone's personality than merely to their looks.

I would say it's best to have a spouse who loves God and loves their mate more than they love themselves.

Verse 12 also says that deacons - anyone who serves in the local church - must also be a husband of one wife.
