Who will build the 3rd Temple?

I know that many prophecy experts are teaching that the 3rd Temple will be built by the Antichrist. (Which is deeply offensive to me as a Jewish believer.) It is also is contrary to scripture making such teaching a gross heresy. Even King David was forbidden to build the 1st Temple because he was a warrior. Do you think that God would give such an honor to the Antichrist?!! Some don't go so far and only teach that the Temple will be built with the Antichrist's permission or blessing by unbelieving Jews as a result of the 7 year peace treaty, which again, is completely unsupported by scripture. Many use Daniel 9:27 as the foundation for their opinion. "And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate." Daniel 9:27This verse says nothing about the building of the temple or the reinstatement of the sacrificial system. It only mentions the Antichrist's causing them to cease. Why do people make such conclusions? God knows. Especially since God's word is clear. Zechariah the prophet, Joshua (another form of the name Jesus or Yeshua) the high priest and Zerubbabel the prince are a 3 in 1 type of Christ the Prophet/Priest/King.Zerubbabel, an ancestor of Christ gathered the exiles out of Babylon and built the 2nd temple. Christ will gather his elect out of Babylon the Great and build the 3rd Temple. "In that day, saith the LORD of hosts, will I take thee, O Zerubbabel, my servant, the son of Shealtiel, saith the LORD, and will make thee as a signet: for I have chosen thee, saith the LORD of hosts." Haggai 2:23There is also Acts 15:16 to consider. Well I do tend to think Antichrist will built the temple but my reasons are differnt I do not think it is a temple of God it will be an abimination to God it is a fake just as the Antichrist will be. Criss and crooner,The word of God is plain on this subject. The Temple that the AC defiles is called "The Temple of God" plainly, twice in scripture. Once in Rev 11:1-2 God has John measure it showing that it is His, and clearly not a false temple.When the AC defiles the temple he stands in the "Holy Place" not the unholy place.Crooner, reread my post, it shows all of the scripture that plainly states that a 3rd, Millenniel temple will be built.If what you think or believe is contrary to scripture, change what you believe. You are not getting this verse in context the subject of the chapter is the two wittness's and that time trueRevelation 11:1 "And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God,"This "reed" John was given, was not for making a measurement. careful here We are told the tribulation is first that Antichrist comes in the 5th/6th trump Christ not untill the 7th lets not disreguard the whole book to prove your point So if the Book tells us antichrist comes first you can not have Christ building the temple this could be one reason that many Jews and christains will be fooled into beliveing antichrist is true Christ do not fall into this trapYes Mat. 24:44 warns us, however when is the most likely time we would not expect Christ to come ?? Dear Daniel,I concur with you. Speaking as one who is also of Hebrew descent and has some personal knowledge on this subject, I can say that while there may be other false temples built by the AC, this in no way prohibits the Messiah from building his true temple in Jerusalem! His temple is to be built by his decree and my witness is that no unhallowed hand ever can or ever will stop this work at the appointed time of construction. This holy temple of the Most High can and must and shall be built at the appointed place. It will be built primarily by the tribe of Judah. Others may assist in it's construction to some degree. It will be a beautiful edifice of which all Israel will give honor. I so witness from personal experience that substantial preparations for this house have been made. It is also my observation that perhaps one of the greatest lessons for most people to yet learn is that of having the patience to "wait upon the Lord" The Messiah's timetable does not necessarily meet ours.Just as in the days of ancient Israel as the multitude stood against the waters of the Red sea, not knowing the power of the Almighty that would momentarily provide a means for their escape, so shall it be in these last days. Yahweh is a God of miracles. He is the same yesterday, today and forever. Anyone who is a keen observer of modern Israel must in all honesty admit that therein is a mighty people of incredible resolve and determination against formidable odds. These present tribulations are but a foreshadow of what will yet be faced. They will yet be tested to the very limit, but at the appointed time the Messiah will stand upon a certain mount and will pugt an end to the intended holocaust on his mighty terms. The remnant that remain will then upon seeing him inquire regarding the wounds in his hands and feet and then recognize him as the MESSIAH.
