Why do you guys have an "unspecified" opinion? I know it is so you will not get sued and what not, but still.

I think 12 Tribes is concerned the site has given into transgender movement. However this site has been like that since I remember. People can join without specifying gender if they don't want others to know anything about them.

It took me a while to "get it"...now I can see it.
Okay 12tribes ....the reason is, many have avatars where no one can tell if they are male or female. They don't want anyone to know who they are, they leave off age too, and sometimes where they live.
Some people are jumpy so they don't want to let on if they are male or female.
Obviously they think that their whole identity can stay hidden!

Anyway...that is why they don't specify.
