I have been amazed these few days since joing Christianity Board at just how little doctrine and Bible so many of you so-called Christians know or believe!
Latest example of lack of faith is the thread:
Are You Prepared If Things go all "Lord of the Flies?"
You discuss the tribulations of the end times like you will need to go camping in the moutains with discussions of generators, preserved foods, water purification tablet - but doesn't the Lords Prayer echo Jesus with 'Give us this day..'?
If things get really bad as it looks likely, and marauding pagans hunt down Christians as they have been doing many decades, we will be killed - which is an immediate ticket to eternity with Jesus! - or else we may have been elected to live through the tribulation until Raptures and escape by hiding in which case angels will supply food and water just as they did to Elijah at 1 Kings 19:5 Elijah Flees From Jezebel
…5Then he lay down under the broom tree and fell asleep. Suddenly an angel touched him and said, “Get up and eat.” 6And he looked around, and there by his head was a cake of bread baked over hot coals, and a jar of water. So he ate and drank and lay down again.
Jess said not to worry about food as GOD knows we need it. And the Lord's Prayer has: 'Give us this day...'
