Here is the sacrifice made for your sin and the sin of the world. Here is a place a verse of scripture, here and many others that teach a believer how sin was dealt with finally and fully. Of coarse men don't believe that and will remedy their thoughts on sin by some type of special lifestyle they are sure is pleasing to God. My thought is; why didn't they think to live that special life before they came into this special life they have now where their sinless life keeps them in good standing. Of coarse you get no good answer from any of it's proponents but they adhere to it's baseless understanding of life, and do not see life as a person. More so their salvation is not recognized as the person in them or needing Christ in them - born again - unheard of.
Simply called DOER religion. All emphasis is placed on believing sinners doing something to better themselves and ultimately pleasing God somehow by what they do. It is the greatest trickery in exsistence used by the one who is to deceive and works through 'men pleasing deception.'
Paul would say 'do I please men or God' that is the choice everyone will have. The sacrifice Jesus Christ paid on Calvary seems not quite enough in some instances for some - there needs to be a little something added. When a little poison is added it poisons all you have. You will not have a right mind to think on these things of God - you have been poisonsed and like days of old you must go back to the cross and look upon it just as the children of Israel had to do to shake their poisonous plague.
Or you live with a lack of understanding and most of the time looking no different than the world, not behind closed doors. You may have a form of godliness but it is all an outer shell, make believe. That is where it gets real and you cannot fool anyone but yourself thinking you have fooled everyone all the time. Scriptures do not lie - they go as far as to say "let every man be a lier - for God is true." So your truth (they call it today) is a lie. You cannot tell the truth because you came from the father of lie's and cannot tell the truth.
Scripture is your only hope because it is truth and always has truth and leads to truth - Christ - as life and that is the only truth a believer needs. You knowing the truth has all of everything in it we want and need to know. Knowledge is everything, revelation is everything, Spirit taught knowledge is everything because it doesn't lead away from Christ it all leads to Him. You know why some can reject truth? Because they want to be in control, they cannot give up control - that thing in man does not go away ease and leave you alone it will haunt you all the day's of your life. Renew it to Him Who is in you as your only life. Trust the finished work of the Father - 'If you need to do something so bad to please God 'then obey Him in following on to know the truth.'
