you shower hot or cold?

I suppose it depends on the weather outside.
I don't have air conditioning so if it's really hot outside I'd take a cold shower.
On the other hand if it's cold outside or if I have a cold, I take a hot shower.
I prefer baths myself. With epsom salt. Helps my muscles relax. 20 minutes in a hot steaming tub with 1 cup of epsom salt helps me get a good night sleep.
