My friend was a member of another (pentecostal) denomination at the time when I had a dream about her church. This happened many years ago. 24/03/1996 to be exact and I share this now as it may be relevant for today. I was relatively new at having these kind of dreams so It was disturbing to me at the time....
The door of this church was open in my dream so I walked into the foyer. While standing in the foyer, I noticed a giant snake come through the front door and It was massive and it had scales that were made of silver metal plates tightly fitted together like armour plating. I noticed while in the foyer, that the snake had blood seeping from between the gaps of it's scales. It also had a sign over it's head which read something like: - WARLORD or WARLOCK.
There were people in the church at the time and they were sitting in pews from the back to the front. A full church service was going on. I watched as this huge snake made it's way through the double doors of the foyer and into the main area where a service was being held.
The Pastor of this church and his wife were standing in the pulpit area together (which was a stage built a little higher than the rest of the church where the music team would also play.
Everyone was listening to the sermon as the pastor was preaching and no-one noticed the snake. It wasn't interested in the people anyway, just this Pastor and his wife. Suddenly, as the snake was halfway down the aisle, a giant sword appeared and cut the snake in half. The front half where the head was, disappeared and the tail end remained. Blood began to gush out from the tail end and it covered the whole inside of the church, including the people. It reached as high as the necks of the pastor and his wife and splashed on their faces. Then it subsided. What was left was only a few people, everyone else was gone. All the blood disappeared and the church was back to normal again.
I shared this dream with a prophet guy who was part of that church and he believed that I needed to share this with his pastor and wife which I did and they thanked me for this and then I went my way. Hoping that they would understand what needed to be done or adjusted or whatever because I didn't.
Not long after, things began to go wrong in their church, the pastor became ill in one of their prayer meetings and members of their prayer team believed that I was causing the pastors illness because of the dream I shared with them and I was marked as an evil person. They even went as far as discussing this with my own pastor who thought that they were crazy..... and alerting all the churches in the area about me.
Then I noticed that they would be outside of my work place praying. They also went to my friends work place and the pastors wife tried to tell her that I was some kind of witch and that she needed to keep away from me. They explained about their attacks while praying and other incidents that were happening in the church. They also believed that we were praying against them and that she should not be involved in prayer with me. This did not happen of course and my friend explained to the pastors wife that when we did pray for them and their church, we just blessed them as we do to all our churches in the town.
My friend wondered if we should be asking God for his protection but I said that we needed to trust God and do nothing and so that is what we did. We stood innocently, accused of something we would never ever do..
After about 3 months of trials, hardship, prayers and outlandish accusations coming against us from this headhunting church, the word got out that the pastor had been having a secret affair with one of their young married parishioners. They ended up running away together which wiped the church numbers to almost a handful of people. A message was sent to me from the pastors wife asking for prayer as she struggled to find answers to their demise. They were stripped of their pastoralship, their ministry, their church, their marriage and she ended up going back home to her country of origin alone.
Not a nice dream but it turned into a reality. I only wished that they took it more seriously. Prophets and Seers are not always welcomed or well recieved in the churches today, nor are they seen as part of the body ministry with Jesus Christ as the head...
