Rules around fasting

Hi everyone, I joined while ago, but I didn’t post anything. I have had a look on other fasting threads but I haven’t found any answers to my questions.

When do we fast? Is it on Saturday or any day?

Can we drink water and coffe during fasting?

some Christians eat certain food when fasting, what do you make of that?

Are there different types of fasting?

if you mean spiritual fasting then you should be led by the Holy Spirit.
