Work out Changes update:

Well it's been quite a journey so far. I have slightly adjusted workout training to include arms, legs and glute days which was suggested by my trainer. So I have included specific days for targeting those areas. It has been difficult. Particularly leg day. Painful and unable to walk for a day or two afterward. I have also upped the training to include dead lifts and hip thrusts as well (ouch!).

It's been great because it's becoming a normal cycle and I am slowly adding more weight as I go along.
