The fountain that feeds forgiveness is love, not reasoning. You must feed your spirit with the Love of Christ. You must see Christ's love infusing your heart with His love. Love is the cause of forgiveness not the effect of forgiveness. Love is the spiritual force that forgives -- not reasoning. We are in a spiritual battle. Jesus is the fountain of love in our spirit.

You must take up your cross in the context of your calling. Crucifying your flesh happens after you dedicate yourself to helping others with their spiritual lives and equipping them to bear fruit for God’s Kingdom.
Leadership: You are a leader -- that is part of your kingly authority (Revelation 1:6 KJV) in Christ. When you are mentoring, you take full control of their spiritual mentoring. You show them what to do and how to do it. Kingly means leader -- you are their leader -- no need to go to leadership conferences -- just disciple, equip, send out, and oversee.
