How does this connect to the title? We are all to be doers of the Word, not hearers only. But not everyone is an overseer of the truth. Sorry I do not watch posted videos, so kindly explain.
It is also about how we are to conduct ourselves in the proper manner and the action that we are instructed to take against false doctrine in the church.
The scripture applies to overseers the most. They will be held the most accountable. They do not follow false doctrine.

James goes along with you maam, he pointed out that salvation comes from faith and works. Christians were given an assignment, and those who do the will of God will receive the gift that God gives, everlasting life. Rom 6:23 Mat 7:21
Did you know that doing God's will is evidence that you love God? 1 Jn 5:3
