Two things caught my eye in this article:

Quote: "Wins for conservatives in the gun and abortion cases may actually help Democrats in the 2022 elections by angering and motivating liberal voters, according to some experts. "

Exactly who are these so called "experts" ? And it won't be the court angering the liberals, it will be the liberals feeding their own hate mongering.

Quote: "I think the most likely outcome is that the Supreme Court will make conservative decisions in these cases, favored by the political right, and that will create activism and enthusiasm on the left, which could affect turnout," said Emory University political science professor Tom Clark, a specialist in Supreme Court decision-making.

I THINK says the specialist.. therefore I AM.. right.

blah blah blah..

I'm too old to get pregnant and to blind to shoot a gun.
This battle is for the younger generation.
I hope they choose wisely.

Given how corrupt the chief justice showed of himself after the November 2020 election, I put nothing past the dark 9.

I would say, God help us. But it is all according to his will and plan so we'll see what happens.
Maybe it will be up to we the people to save ourselves and our country, come the time.
The question then I think is, will we have the guts?

If our indifference now is any indicator, likely not. Though when things become deeply personal for people, that can change.

Now, we behave as if we're scared to lose what we have, so we don't risk it all and fight for what we want and deserve. Though that can change too.

Actually they have better eyes sight than me, maybe I should get them guns?

Nah, I know it is the right of the people to provide safety and defence for themselves. I agree.
I'm just not comfortable with weapons. I'm sure if I needed one in a do or die situation.. like against a wild animal or a zombie,
I might consider it.
Another reason why I don't have a gun...
They can't take what I don't have.
They can't track if nothing is recorded.
I have kitchen knives, a baseball bat (metal) , tools..
And very loud pots and pans to scare away the animals.

One day in Florida a big bear was looking in my kitchen window. I started making lots of noise. He didn't budge.
I grabbed a CD and put it in my radio and put it on full blast.
You know what?
I don't think bears like Disco..

It definately would not be George.
He would think all of us a target practice as a fun passtime.

Luke is kind of Paranoid and would probably shoot at a wind blown leaf.

Ziggy, He couldn't be bothered, he'd rather take a nap.

Beautiful has worse eyes than mine and her balance is off.

Carter and Harry are both too young to get licenses.

So that leaves Zach and Matthew.

Arnold Shwartzneggar and Sylvester Stalone...
I wouldn't have a house left.

A friend of mine has a creamy colored tiger cat that likes to do airborne hits on visitors sitting on her couch.
The couch is in a sunny corner of the room. The cats favorite sunning spot is on a bookcase near the couch.
Have a seat and in moments there's a 7 pound cat landing on your shoulders. Or shoulders and head, depending on her launch point.lol
