Any woman that disowns their child doesn't have the right to be called a mother.

I don't hold a thing against the woman who gave birth to me. Her hatred intensified when I dropped everything to follow Jesus Christ and so I count it all joy. No regrets at all!

This was the Lord's purpose, hidden until the proper time arrived. There is an appointed time for every matter under heaven as the scripture tells us (Ecclesiastes 3), and His purpose for the wonderful woman who loved me like her own son was a long time in the coming... 62 years, in fact. The Lord loves her like no other and this fills my heart with gladness and joy. I don't refer to the mother Christ gave to me in the past tense because her suffering on earth is over, and she's with Him now. :)

i wish i could stop self harm. i thought God freed me of this but i dont want to say he didnt but i still do it....
seems i cycle from something to another.
i realize i can name what triggered me now.
I think you need to question what in your life is driving you to do this i just found i had to walk away from my entire family's evil abuse toward me like abraham to look for my milk and honey. i just want a loving family and i have been spiritually abused my whole life. so much so i thought it was normal an acceptable. it took a while to acknowledge these people did not care for me and instead were my enemies and trying to oppress me and destroy me. yes turn the other cheek but leave your enemies peacefully be and walk away, even your own family.

Self harm as in hurting yourself or attempting suicide... I hope it's not the later...

Who do u love the most in this world?
Who loves you the most in this world?

I believe the more time you can spend with your loved ones the better mental state a person is in. And prayer of course. Pray for the Lord to give you strength to overcome adversity, just as Christ did in the garden of Gethsemane

sorry i havent replied i wasnt in a good place to speak about self harm for a bit.
self harm is hurting myself. it is more similar to doing drugs in some ways. i dont really attempt to commit suicide when i self harm. self harm is self punishment , escape from dissociation, , etc multiple reasons.

hey lilygrace. many people of god experienced hardships with enemies all throughout the bible. it is very hard dealing with people that cause you emotional or physical pain and suffering. everyone from elijah facing all of israel to david being hated by his wife and his own son trying to kill him. even the people closest to you can become your enemy. i hear your suffering. the condemnation you experience where you think you have to punish yourself. trying to escape thoughts of failure (more thoughts of condemnation). These are tools of the devil and many enemies in your life will use them. get away from people that hate you and hurt you. seek the peace of christ. Neiamaiah had to even go to a non-believing babylonian king to seek peace about his life. Seek real safety in your life. not everyone who claims christ is christian nor is every unbeliever unsafe. yes we should not worship other gods with the unbeliever but we can be friends with them and love them as our neighbor. get out of whatever situation satan is using to torment you. find safety. God will lead you there. If you are feeling this condemned, it means the enemy is attacking you. he is the liar, destroyer, accusor and devourer. God bless sister.
