is this true?
The spirits that were imprisoned was a restriction from God placed upon the demons. The original word used for that prison is tartarus(1 Peter 3:18-20) . . .He was put to death in the flesh but made alive in the spirit. 19 And in this state he went and preached to the spirits in prison, 20 who had formerly been disobedient when God was patiently waiting in Noah’s day,. . .

A couple of supporting scriptures are: (2 Peter 2:4) Certainly God did not refrain from punishing the angels who sinned, but threw them into Tarʹta·rus, putting them in chains of dense darkness to be reserved for judgment.
(Jude 6) And the angels who did not keep their original position but forsook their own proper dwelling place, he has reserved with eternal bonds in dense darkness for the judgment of the great day.

This dude sounds like a JW.

In the OT especially JOb which is considered the oldest book in the bible, God had not revealed all that was to be revealed. It wasn't until after King David did people learn that man was a trichotomous being- body, soul and spirit.

Jesus told us that prior to HIs ascension all righteous who died went to Paradise/Abrahams bosom. The lost went to teh place of torments and the angels in Genesis 6 who left heaven to have sex with human woman went to tartarus.

We must also remember tha an unsaved person is only dichotomous- Body and soul, for as it is written in Ephesians, unsaved man has a spirit that is dead. Upon salvation our spirit is made alive once again!

What if the prison is here and now within ourselves locked with the sin and death to which we were assigned and which we have followed since Adam and Eve disobeyed God? But... God was aware and planned for it with a way out of prison by means of the Life which was sent by way of Jesus!

The OP video was speaking much apparently against the Catholic ways and practices prevalent in many places including the Philippines.

The ones we need to help and pray for, be they Catholic or Not, as we have opportunity are those walking around in the flesh like we are, but who in effect remain dead to God as they have never known Him or they have been misled as to what He is and how to encounter Him and, yes, to approach Him.

If they are content in their death, leave them alone as Jesus said it:

"But Jesus said unto him, Follow me; and let the dead bury their dead." Matt 8:22

Jesus brought Life, but only to those hungry and thirsty for the right things:

"Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled" Matt 5:6

Somehow this seemed to get directed to me Amad, I think you meant it for Stredaleve

In God's eyes, I believe, everyone who has not received the Life which Jesus brought is dead! Adam and Eve killed themselves when they disobeyed God. All of the offspring of the dead are dead. That is every person born to woman is effectively as far as God is concerned dead... until and if that Life is received. What Life?

"The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly" John 10:10

like? and could you explain it all? since i also believe parts of what he teaches

I alos believe parts of what He teaches. Just got my computer back from Staples. got hacked into ransomware, so they had to debug it. When I catch up I will look at teh video again and list out the biblical errors.
