Since he never directly said "I am Christ" he does not violate the stipulation "For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many."--Matthew 24:5

As a real christian you have a responsibility to prove to yourself if this guy is a liar or not a liar and if he really is the christ or not the christ. I have my own way of showing this to myself, you ought to have your own way too. One good way is to get a magicpill session and if your list is delivered then you know that he is true, or join school for Gods when it opens and find out if he really can teach others how to be God.

So Jesus wants you to find out for YOURSELF who HE IS, you have a responsibility to ask the heavenly father or any other way most suited to you to find out whether this I New Earth Society who claims to have qualities of Jesus and doing the works of Jesus is REALLY the second coming of THE CHRIST!

The site of the wedding feast will obviously be on Mount Zion, or New Jerusalem (the latter is simply the outgrowth and completion of the former).

As a REAL CHRISTIAN you have a responsibility, after proving yourself that INES is the second coming of the christ, to help him build Mount Zion because note that according to Jewish tradition it is the bride's family's responsibility to prepare the wedding feast. He is going to need all the help he can get. This is the best case senario, if you don't want to then please at least sign up to be part of the wedding feast yourself. Does this guy have a birth certificate? Scripture doesn't indicate Christ would be born into the world like He did His first coming. You can also test him by gathering info from those who knew him personally (family/close friends). Most of us here on the forum don't really need this kind of proof, but go ahead and put him to the test for your own benefit and security. Check out scripture and see if what he does lines up with it.

Other questions would be to his knowledge of scripture and Christ's works, he should know it all pretty well if he's... Jesus and all. He should also know right and wrong and one who has never perverted justice.

He denied his own power and gave himself obediently to God and worked by the power of the Holy Spirit as an example for us to live. 3.because no final judgement has yet been passed on to any person ..

You are misreading that verse. Let's start from the beginning and see what Paul means by "day of the lord". Well we don't need to guess what it means for he tells it to us in chapter 5 of 1 thessa.:
