++++He flooded the earth/land in a local area just like he rained fire in a local area.
How wide do you believe that local area was ?

No way to know.

The water REMAINED at 15 cubits over the highest mountain for upto 360 days,

The mountains in that part of the world aren't super tall.

What was keeping that water at that level for that length of time ?

The water kept itself at the level.

Earth is a word that means land. It was not global and it's sister story about Sodom was also not a global fire slaughter.

The Water Kept Itself At Level, Malarkey, A Joke

Just one example why posters aren't to be taken seriously

You've been shown scripture that states only those on the ark survived, and you deny this biblical fact, "Sad"!

Noah only remained alive, and they that were with him in the ark.
Noah only remained alive, and they that were with him in the ark.
Noah only remained alive, and they that were with him in the ark.

Your Claim Is "False", It Was A "Global Flood" Upon The Earth, God's Words Before Your Eyes, Simple, Clear, Easy To Understand

Genesis 6:17KJV
17 And, behold, I, even I, do bring a flood of waters upon the earth, to destroy all flesh, wherein is the breath of life, from under heaven; and every thing that is in the earth shall die.

Genesis 7:22-23KJV
22 All in whose nostrils was the breath of life, of all that was in the dry land, died.
23 And every living substance was destroyed which was upon the face of the ground, both man, and cattle, and the creeping things, and the fowl of the heaven; and they were destroyed from the earth: and Noah only remained alive, and they that were with him in the ark.

Why do you need it to be a local flood?

There are those that also say the red sea was not deep at the crossing of the Hebrews from Africa.

But God drowned the entire army in 6 inches of water.

Nope

It was A global flood.

What are you talking about?

Matthew 24:35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away. 36 “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only. 37 But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. 38 For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, 39 and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.

Jesus indicated that the days leading up to "the coming of the Son of Man" would be like the days of Noah that led up to the coming of the flood. I assume you can understand that much? Yet, shortly before that, Jesus said that the coming of the Son of Man would occur "immediately AFTER the tribulation of those days".

Matthew 24:29 “Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. 30 Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31 And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His [a]elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

So, how are you concluding that the coming of the Son of Man in Matthew 24:35-39 is pre-trib when Jesus explicitly taught in Matthew 24:29-31 that the coming of the Son of Man would be post-trib?
So, if I read you correctly....you're saying the days of Noah are at the end of the tribulation?

No, the flood was global. Definitely not local for many reasons.

2 Peter 3:But the Day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar, the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and its works will be laid bare.......I suppose this destruction will also be local.

Does earth mean land here or a planet?

1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

Not only that, a local flood would not need all the animals evacuated.
Plus what about the edge of the water.
The ark could have fallen off the edge and crashed onto the land.

Local flood doesn't make much sense.
I just wonder how their minds operate to imagine a local flood that covers mountains.

It must have a wall of water about 200 miles away.
....as high as a mountain.
Local????
Local flood?????

No ark needed. Just some wagons and horses.
99 years of building a needless ship.

In some places it means the entire planet and other places it means part of the planet. The definition of the word shows this.

I assume you mean the days that lead up to the coming of the Son of Man that Jesus compared to the days of Noah (Matthew 24:37-39)? They occur during "the tribulation", as I understand "the tribulation", which I see as referring to a time of increased deception, wickedness, apostasy and persecution that occur before and up to the time that Jesus returns, as Jesus referred to in the Olivet Discourse and as Paul referred to in 2 Thessalonians 2:3-12. I would not compare the flood to "the tribulation", but rather to the wrath that will happen on the day Jesus returns unexpectedly as a thief in the night and sends fire down upon all unbelievers (2 Peter 3:10-12), taking vengeance on them (2 Thess 1:7-10), which Paul describes as "sudden destruction" from which "they shall not escape" (1 Thessalonians 5:2-3).

I also wonder. From what I know water seeks it's own level.

If they ever filled up a swimming pool with a plastic liner they would see the lower levels fill up first then rise up a hump in the fabric and eventually covering it when the water is a couple inches deep.

Maybe when they work on the shallow end of the pool they can fill the deep end first and call it a local filling.
Must be nice living in a fantasy make believe dynamic.

What @ewq1938 doesn't seem to understand the physics....if in today world you flooded the earth to a depth of 500' above today's current sea level....every where on the planet under 500' would be underwater.

Plus here in America all scientists believe the grand canyon formed from a world wide flood.

Ewq also is debating in another thread that the Church is not the bride of Christ.

What is going on with these people?

It is appalling the misuse of scripture.
