(For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: - Philippians 3:18.

When is the last time we heard a message on "the enemies of the cross." You will not hear many. You have to look in yourself. What you do.. where you go .. what you say.. how you approach life. What is your actions toward life. And look at the world of religion! Somewhere in there - you have the enemies of the cross.

What is an enemy of the cross? No crucified life - they preach against the cross by telling you; there is something you can do and need to do to make it all work. That is a false perverted gospel of separation. Rank error. Separating believers from who they are! No cross - Paul labeled them "enemies of the cross."

@soul man In chapter 2, Paul has already spoken about the Lord Jesus having 'humbled Himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross'.

So the warning in chapter 3 that you mention comes after the reminder not to neglect the One Who went to the Cross.

What a good point. Where you get that :) thanks for your input. Kind of like Paul saying he was determined to know nothing but Christ and him crucified.
