Thats French law. It may suck to us but it is the law. But in America the vaccine is no longer experimental but fully approved since Aug. of 2021. So in america that is moot.

BioNTech will always be experimental and is considered legally distinct from Comirnaty.
Comirnaty is the only one considered non experimental.

No one who got BioNTech, which is most everyone, and they still are getting that one, will be transferred to the non experimental group.

YadaYada, and since BioNtech was emergency approved, the maker cant be sued for harm, I am sure even in US court of Law, the same decision would be rendered as in France, I suppose lawsuits may be coming too to challenge such a thing as immunity from prosecution for death and harm caused by the experimental vaccine..

Vaccine manufacturers, distributors, providers and government planners are immune from liability. People who have been injured can file a lawsuit if they can prove willful misconduct, and if the U.S. government has also brought an enforcement action against the party for willful misconduct. No such lawsuit has ever succeeded.

And AFAIK, no one is getting Comirnaty vaccine in the US yet.

I see no protection from liability for employers issuing mandates of their own volition. I hope any employees who suffered serious side effects from the mandatory vaccine sue their employers.
