Comparing the above biblical text with Revelation 1:v.1 and 17
1 - The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his MESSENGER (in fact an archangel) unto his servant John:
17 - 7 And when I -John- saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:
When GOD sent the same MESSENGER to speak with Moses in the mount Sinai, he presented himself in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush, saying: I am the God of thy father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. Exodus 3:v.6 and in Exodus 23:v.20-21 GOD said to Moses: 20 Behold, I send an Angel before thee (in fact an Archangel), to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared. 21 Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for MY NAME is in him. What NAME? In that occasion"I am the God of thy father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.
Another interesting biblical detail: When the archangel appeared to Moses, Moses said, I will now turn aside, and see this great sight, why the bush is not burnt.Exodus 3:v.3
And John in the island of Patmos, said: I heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet, And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks; And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man (one similar unto the Son of man).
And Isaiah prophesied: And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left. Isaiah 30:v.21
Ezekiel 3:v.12 -
12 Then the spirit took me up, and I heard BEHIND ME a voice of a great rushing, saying, Blessed be the glory of the Lord from his place.
13 I heard also the noise of the wings of the living creatures that touched one another, and the noise of the wheels over against them, and a noise of a great rushing.
14 So the spirit lifted me up, and took me away, and I went in bitterness, in the heat of my spirit; but the hand of the Lord was strong upon me.
15 Then I came to them of the captivity at Telabib, that dwelt by the river of Chebar, and I sat where they sat, and remained there astonished among them seven days.
And now? Now, in the time of Apocalipse, and not so far from these days, we will see the terrible events of the last 7 years, or the last week of years, and mainly the fulfillment of Matthew 24.

The Father, Son, and Spirit are 3 persons in 1 God.
There are disagreements with some Creedal statements on the nature of God. Specific example: Athanasian Creed’s statements on substance.
I thought that Mormons believed that Jesus Christ is the first born spirit of God?
Not “born” in the way you are thinking of it.
He has always existed. Always been God. He is is the Firstborn of Father as a title, showing His prominence.

The Father and Son are two different persons, both God. It was the Son was known as “Jehovah” in the Old Testament times and was born of Mary.
You are quite confused. The eternal and uncreated Godhead (YHWH) consists of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. But God the Son (God the Word) voluntarily took human form as Jesus of Nazareth and was born in a manger. Now if you do not believe that, you have a very serious problem.
YHWH is the Name of the Persons in the Godhead and not the Godhead. Elohim is God

The Father, Son and Spirit are all God. The person of the Son is the one speaking through the burning bush (fox example).

Actual LDS Christian theology is VASTLY different then what’s proclaimed in “anti-cult” materials.
I’m guessing there was a communication disconnect. It happens regularly.
For example, a ton of LDS Christians (incorrectly) think that Creedal Christians believe the Father, Son, and Spirit are all 1 person ( formally known as modalism).
