There also appears to be evidence that Russia has been funding and encouraging the "green terrorists" to agitate against oil and natural gas production in the West, so that Russia can garner the profits from the use of Russian oil and gas, while the oil industry in the West goes down the drain. And it seems to be working.

However, in order to produce electricity some kind of fuel needs to be burned, and all fuels produce emissions. So this is no different than using gasoline to power vehicles, and chances are that today the emissions from gasoline are far less than those from burning coal. But this whole movement is not about sanity or science. It is all about political propaganda and also converting first world countries into third world countries (while the globalist elites enjoy all their privileges).

Biden has been calling for regime change in Russia, and Graham has been calling for the assassination of Putin! But what is needed is regime change in America and Canada before North America is destroyed altogether.

Coal is all but dead in the US, even plants with scrubbers are being shutdown.

The efficiency of furnaces just isn't good enough compared to combined cycle to justify a conversion to gas.

Turn key Small modular reactors and gas fired combined cycles will likely be the plan for the future.

See I thought about that but with cats. Where I work there is a large population of stray cats. So if the grid fails, we could deploy large nets, then deposit the captured feral felines into those drum things where they would have plenty of energy being expended to power the car.
