Hidden, I just searched for Poison Oak Drops and could see the same thing I took years ago as a kid--which totally worked, and my whole family never got it again for decades. It was a regiment of 1-drop in a glass of water for a whole week, then 2-drops the following week, then 3, and so on for several weeks. If you can find something like this--it really does work. Best!

Hi Hidden In Him, I had a nice Victoria Day, nicer than other days and the weather was beautiful. I hope you have a nice week ahead and that you could sleep well, one of the things that would be helpful is to keep a biologicial clock for when you'll always be sleeping more to the night as possible. right now I'm not on that stage yet due to medication issue. Hi Hidden In Him, how is the hurricane situation right now? I have trouble sleeping right now but I want to be greater in Christ than I am now, not just any Christian but be a Christian whose led by the Spirit and does what it tells me, we're not saved by works of the law, our own works but we're saved by faith led by the Spirit. Hi Hidden In Him, I just want to say, you can switch jobs for one that you don't have to work at night and cannot sleep bc your body produces melatonin only at night which fights against cancer and is an antioxidant and you shouldn't disrupt this sleeping cycle which is what I'm trying to adjust to right now and you need to eat breakfast of all meals which I'm trying to do as well -
