Made shrimp fajitas for dinner because I'm on a glow up diet, kinda, but what I really wanted was the entire section of chips. Like all of it.

You don't know what I'd give for a sandwich or a vegan pita.

Eggs Benedict is the best. Let's do that.
We just don't have the appetite for certain foods anymore, we be soo tired of work at times, I would have something to eat and drink at the computer table.

Love, Walter and Debbie

I have been so busy on this forum that I have not had any food yet. I would love to have some eggs benedict for breakfast this bright and sunny morn but that would require going to the supermarket and to be honest, I'm too tired...

What are you eating at the moment...
Hi Angelina, at the moment, first I had some water, then a slice of Quiche and turkey sausage, and decaf coffee.

Love, Walter

I tried looking up "BDTs" in Urban Dictionary, and I didn't see a definition that fits. What I did see there makes me shudder. Ick. Who thinks up that stuff?

My late father-in-law called 'em the "Strawberry Squirts". I looked that up, but that turns out to be a franchise of children's books. I wonder if the author would've chosen a different name if he'd known.
Well, I think it was originally coined back when you had to run out the back door to get to the outhouse, know what I mean, Eugene?

I have hungry man meals that I bought. I also have top ramen. I have popcorn for movie watching. And I have avocados for vegetables. I bought some orange juice at the advice of Lambano.
I'm pretty sure the Orange juice I drank ,with added calcium in it, gave me kidneystones.

Wow. Sounds terrible. I'll keep and eye out for that. Yeah mine has calcium in it. I took a one a day for years and so far I'm OK.

ROTFL, I think. :p

(Unless your serious, but I would opt out of the fortification)
For some reason, western science has for many generations now believed that the way to remedy a deficiency is to overdose.

Ouch! My son had that. I heard it's just awful.
I drink only water and very little 100% juice and grain/legume/nut "milks."
I used to drink at least a gallon of dairy milk every day.
I'm so grateful that God has miraculously blessed me with the ability to eat and drink only whole, natural things, because my willpower is ppppffffhhhhtt, down the drain, and I know how hard it is for most people.
I really hate to see people suffer, even when they "bring it on themselves."
Some people act like the devil has just retired and doesn't tempt people anymore.
He's got his hooks in me well enough, in other ways.
In fact, I don't even handle the things I do well, well enough. lol

I just stumbled on these earlier today, believe it or not:
(It's a ten-day plan based on Daniel 1,
with the idea that anybody can stand
something different for ten days and
that after ten days, if you don't like it,
you can just quit. I think lots of churches
are doing this now. Very similar to the
"Daniel Diet/Plan," I think.)

Hah! You're still a young'n! Wait 'til you get to be my age! You'll see!

I have to limit strawberries to two at a time max, and my heart-healthy breakfast cereal leaves me tootin' till after lunch. And yet stuff like sushi and sashimi (raw fish), kimchi (fermented cabbage), calamari (squid), Pho, and anything with curry from an Indian restaurant, that I can eat with impunity. Go figure. My wife says I'm a gastronomical wonder.

Except this kimchi soup I got in a restaurant in Seoul. That burned going in, and burned coming out. The fact that it was a bright red color should've warned me.
Methusulah would all say we are still wearing diapers my friend . Lambano you aint that old . How old are you my friend .

I've been up a few hours now. It is 8.30am NZT. I have russtled together a bit of breakfast. Not what I normally eat. So here goes. A bacon and cheese topped bun split and added: mayo, ham slices, fried tomato, egg, spring onions, spinach on top with salt and pepper to taste. I will wash this down with either a Jeds coffee or some Blackcurrant juice...

Life would be a mite less joyful to me if I had to skimp on my June strawberries. There's a winery about a mile from my place that grows near about everything.

Right now my daughter just came in from work and she's tempting me with chips/crisps. She works in a brand new hospital ICU and she sure is glad that all the dying has come to a nadir. She put in some heirloom tomatoes last week and I can't wait until them things start blooming. I slice 'em thick, put a skosh o' Himalayan on 'em, and eat 'em like steaks. My people are from Tennessee and we eat 'maters fer breakfast. They're yummy with some lentil scrapple. Whooweee! I'm gettin' plumb hungry!

God totally changed my diet into what my wife wanted for years!

Men . . . listen to your wives . . . you can say they were right sooner rather than later, and it will go better for you!

Much love!
