Precious friends, for your Encouragement And Edification!:

Seven Basic Bible Facts!
Every Christian Should Know and Believe By Robert C. Brock
Editor of the Journal of Pauline Dispensationalism

FACT NO. 1—That the Bible MUST be rightly divided in order for it to make sense.
Notice what It says:

“Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that
needeth not to be ashamed, RIGHTLY DIVIDING The Word Of Truth”
(II Tim. 2:15).

This is one of the cardinal rules for interpreting the whole Bible. Neglect of this rule
or a faulty use of it will lead to only one result, CONFUSION, since our God is not
the author of confusion. The reason for a right division of the Bible is because of
God’s two distinct purposes:

(1) His purpose concerning Israel and
the world according to PROPHECY,

and

(2) His purpose concerning the Gentiles in this present
age according to The MYSTERY Revealed to Paul.

God doesn’t want us to confuse the teaching of these two purposes. He
has Very Graciously Given us the key for a proper understanding of this.

I wouldn't call that a Bible fact. Rather a guide on how to best understand the Bible.

Since I am a 1C keeper, I began Bible Study with my granddaughter with Jeremiah 29:13 ESV You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart.

I am not the only one in these forums who's aware people make even the Bible an idol. Like Jesus, the Bible is merely a pathway to God. The purpose of Bible reading, therefore, is not 'dividing' it correctly but to understand and act on the Will of God. Bible Fact #1: The Bible is the Inspired Word of Yahweh, your Creator and God.

It should be read with reverence, humility and prayer, asking the Holy Spirit of God to guide you in understanding it. John 4:23 ESV true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship him.

Yes sir as I said. So one simply needs to identify them and go with them Zech 8:23

Yes that is true, and the gentiles will have to wait for the Nation of Israel to be redeemed after the Gentile kings are judged for their actions over the past 2,300 or so years, because it is after the judgement of the Gentile kings on the face of the earth are judged, that, as Paul tells us, that Israel will be saved. It is only then that we will be able to grab a sleeve of an Israelite and go with them into the presence of God.

Is not the right way to divide the Bible by remembering what Jesus told us?

"But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you." John 14:26

Studying even the Bible without being led by God will result in a weariness of the flesh as Solomon wrote here:

"And further, by these, my son, be admonished: of making many books there is no end; and much study is a weariness of the flesh." Ecc 12:12

This is why the smartest [highest IQs] men with the best educations are often not men of God or even believers in God. They follow their own carnal minds using the logic of men rather than follow as God would lead them.

"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD." Isaiah 55:8

As a unit Israel is already saved sir, sure some individuals can still fall away, but the remainder of them are very close to their redemption. That prophecy is for now, if you wait till all are taken, then there will be none of them left to grab their sleeve, in other words too late.

My, what a fallacy you are stating. The Lord is waiting for Israel to call out to Him in repentance and that will not begin until the Kings of the earth and the heavenly hosts are judged and Israel can see that God's hand is sweeping the judged kings of the earth and the heavenly hosts are imprisoned in the bottomless pit. Christ gave us a clue in the Parable of the Mina in Luke for when Satan goes away into the pit, and in the Parable of a king, who the leaders of the Israelites will conclude that they do not have the means of defeating the King who is judging the armies of the gentile kings at a place that can be seen from Jerusalem and seek the kings terms of peace.

God in the Second commandment told Israel that the iniquities of their continual idolatrous worship of the fathers during the first and second age of their existence, would be visited upon their children and the children's children during the third and the fourth age of their existence. In Hosea 6 the prophet tells us that the age after the two ages of the visitation of their iniquities upon the third and the fourth ages of Israel that they will be redeemed and washed clean once more so that the can enter into a Kingdom of priests, a Holy Nation and God's possession among the nation's covenant once more.

You obviously have not understood what has been written in the End Time prophecies concerning the role of Israel in the last days.

Goodbye

PS: - It seems that you are unable to rightly divide the scriptures.

Time will tell won't it Jay. Remember sir, when Jesus returns all are expected to know Jehovah 2 Thes 2:8. Do you think him unjust to repay tribulation to those at that time? I am guessing that you have not recognized the Kingdom that was taken from fleshly Israel, and given to the new Nation the Israel of God, would you say that is a fair analogy sir?

Oh well, Robert, Your claim that God has abandoned the descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is not what the scriptures teaches. However, it seems to be the teaching of your denomination which you believe beyond your questioning of the teaching that your denomination is based on.

God has not abandoned Israel, but is patiently waiting for the visitation of the iniquities of the fathers during the first and second ages of their existence upon their children and the children's children during the third and the fourth ages of their existence to be completed.

From the scriptures we also know when the end of the visitation of the iniquities of the fathers of Israel will end in our near future when the heavenly hosts and the kings of the earth are judged for their trampling God's sanctuary and His earthly Hosts in our near future and those who will be judged at that time are gathered together initially and imprisoned in the Bottomless Pit to await the time of their punishment.

As for God taking His Kingdom from Israel, Robert, you know that that is not true. What Jesus said was that the poor will receive the kingdom of heaven as recorded in these two Gospel passages: -

Matthew 5:3-12
3 "Blessed are the poor in spirit,
For theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
4 Blessed are those who mourn,
For they shall be comforted.
5 Blessed are the meek,
For they shall inherit the earth.
6 Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness,
For they shall be filled.
7 Blessed are the merciful,
For they shall obtain mercy.
8 Blessed are the pure in heart,
For they shall see God.
9 Blessed are the peacemakers,
For they shall be called sons of God.
10 Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake,
For theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
11 "Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake. 12 Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.
NKJV
Luke 6:20-26
20 Then He lifted up His eyes toward His disciples, and said:

"Blessed are you poor,
For yours is the kingdom of God.
21 Blessed are you who hunger now,
For you shall be filled.
Blessed are you who weep now,
For you shall laugh.
22 Blessed are you when men hate you,
And when they exclude you,
And revile you, and cast out your name as evil,
For the Son of Man's sake.
23 Rejoice in that day and leap for joy!
For indeed your reward is great in heaven,
For in like manner their fathers did to the prophets.
Jesus Pronounces Woes

24 "But woe to you who are rich,
For you have received your consolation.
25 Woe to you who are full,
For you shall hunger.
Woe to you who laugh now,
For you shall mourn and weep.
26 Woe to you when all men speak well of you,
For so did their fathers to the false prophets.
NKJV

God will only reward us with our promised inheritance of the whole earth after we are judged at the final judgement. For you to claim that this promise has been taken from Israel by God is to invalidate Him before all of the peoples of the earth.

They abandoned Him sir. God never abandons anyone, but He forces no one to serve Him either. If one makes the choice to draw away from God, then God will draw away from them as well. You are free to believe it or not Scott, Jesus said it, I believe it, and have seen it as well. The Israel of God is made up of people of every nation, tribe, peoples, and tongues Rev 5:9,10.

Jesus asked this Scott, now I ask you sir: (Matthew 21:42, 43) ."Did you never read in the Scriptures, ‘The stone that the builders rejected, this has become the chief cornerstone. This has come from Jehovah, and it is marvelous in our eyes’? 43 This is why I say to you, the Kingdom of God will be taken from you and be given to a nation producing its fruits. This prophesy became literal in 36 CE, and we believe they have all been gathered at this time, yet not yet sealed.

My, what a fallacy you are stating....unable to rightly divide the scriptures.
Thank you. Now that we are back on the topic of the op, here's an Example:

prophecy and law

Rightly Divided (2 Timothy 2:15) From “Things That Differ” (online)

Mystery And GRACE
-----------------------
Sound about right?

GRACE And Peace...

And I am still confused with your rhetoric and what you are trying to expound upon.
Ok, then, we will expound a little more:

In God's Context Of prophecy and law, Christ is teaching, on the earth, to
Twelve apostles, the gospel of the kingdom, and faith PLUS works...
(Matthew - John)

Rightly Divided (2 Timothy 2:15) From “Things That Differ” (online)

In God's Context Of Mystery And GRACE, Christ Revealed, From Heaven,
To ONE apostle, His Revelation Of The Mystery, With The Gospel Of GRACE
Through faith, Apart from works, for God's Salvation... (Romans - Philemon)

In Light Of Romans 11:6, do you believe the rhetoric of christendom,
Mixing Up these TWO Different Contexts Of God, is ok With Him?

GRACE And Peace...
