The expression as written in the majority... of Bible versions is "conscience of sins", NOT 'sin consciousness'. And what's funny is that, even in the version you quote, it is "conscience of sins"!

If you are conscious of sin, you have sin consciousness.

If you lose this, you will stop sinning, and what is more, you will have become this...>"Christ always gives me the Victory".

See, a lot of Christians are become a victim of liars in the pulpit, and liars who wrote commentaries and liars who lie on Forums.

Here is A Devil's lie, and there are a few whoppers.......and this is one.

"you will always sin and confess, so, that is how you keep yourself saved"... or..>"expect to always sin and confess, as that is just how it goes".

That is what the Devil wants you to believe. As if you believe that, then your faith will come true, as you receive what you believe.
Most Christians BELIEVE they will be 'sinning and confessing", as they were led to believe this by a liar.
So, their FAITH has come true......they sin and confess.

But that is not real Christianity. That is broken Faith, and wrong understanding.
See, God didnt save us so that we can have no power to stop lusting and living in it.
He saved us to be DELIVERED from the present evil world and from our own wrong desires.
The born again, not the water baptized and religious, but the born again, are "made free from sin"....so, that is not to remain in it, or to have sin consciousness.

Davy, You have not read Hebrews, or you have not understood any of it.

Listen, "sins dont just go away"....they are removed when Jesus becomes your Sin Bearer.
He takes them, upon Himself, on the Cross.
So, what is left? = Sin Consciousness.
See, when you believe in Christ, .... Jesus on the Cross takes your sin, and God then gives to you, the "righteousness of God in Christ".
This is all related to becoming BORN AGAIN.
And so, "sin consciousness", is the reason you keep sinning.

See, you will do what you think about.......and when you think about lust, you will do it.
This is why a born again believer.......not a water baptized religious fakir........but a spiritually born again believer has to renew their mind.
SIN, is gone, as Christ has it, but your mind is not "walking in the light" until it has been renewed to the place where "sin consciousness" is vague to dead.
This is all related to Paul telling you to "reckon your old man dead"., as it has been "crucified with Christ".
To get there, is to be here....>"Christ always gives me the Victory".......and "As many as be Perfect".....Paul teaches.

How do you cause sin consciousness to increase, so that you sin more and more,?
Strive against it by will, and the "the power of sin is the Law", will cause you to sin more, and also want to sin more.
So, you have to first be born again, and then you have to learn how to exist in the right mind of Faith, which is the EXIT out of "sin consciousness" and into "Christ always gives me the Victory".

Nice try, but I'm not going to let you try to change... the subject. You used the phrase "sin conscience" like a seminary label, when the actual Scripture about being AWARE OF OUR SINS. And then you tried to say, in vain, that it is wrong for us as Christians to even be AWARE OF SIN!

You STILL reject what Apostle John showed in 1 John 1 that we are to REPENT of future sins we may commit as Christians. And John said to DENY that we have sin is to call Jesus a liar. And you well know that 1 John 1 is not the John 1 chapter.

This is to have lust in the mind that can, and often will become a deed., tho, to dwell on the sin, consciously, Jesus said, is the same as committing it in real life.
So, if you have a "sin consciousness" issue, and are born again.....then that is because you are striving against sin, instead of being delivered from this consciousness of sin, by renewing your mind, as Paul told you to do.

Listen. If you never think to sin, then your consciousness of sin, is gone.
See that?
That is how the "renewed mind", delivers you into "Christ always gives me the Victory". It delivers you OUT of sin consciousness that is the CHAIN.

I have a question for you . Are you aware that homosexuality is a sin . THEN YOU HAVE A SIN CONSCIOUS . YOUR AWARE of what is SIN .
Truth is i used to think lots of sins were not sin at all . BUT THEN BY GRACE i was changed and the sin i used to see as good
I NOW SEE AS SIN AND EVIL . AKA my conscious changed to no longer see sin as good but rather as evil .

Lambs dont just make excuse if they sin or err and say OH GOD UNDERSTANDS WE ALL SIN . NO LAMB would say that .
THEY get CONVICTED even when an evil thought pops in their head ,
The problem with many today is , THEY NO LONGER HEED the very warning paul gave .
TO exhort one another daily , to remind the church to DO GOOD and TO FLEE all appearance of evil .
That in truth one can become hardened by the decietfulness of sin . TODAYS FOLKS have no idea
what their lax attitude and hyper grace has done to the church . WE SHOULD HAVE STUCK TO BIBLCIAL GRACE
and all the warnings and all things BOTH JESUS and the apostels left us in that bible . ITS ALL SPIRIT INSPIRED
so why try and omit things that follow the word IF , when in truth that helps the lambs to hear such reminders .
JESUS DOES KNOW HOW TO KEEP US SAFE and FROM FALLING , The apostels knew it well .
SO WHY OMIT the warnings , WHY omit what follows IF . FOR IF WE HEED NOT HIM that speaks from heaven , YE FALL .
But today it may as well be said , OH IT DONT MATTER IF YE TAKE OFF FROM HEEDING JESUS YE CANT FALL . WRONG WRONG WRONG .
I TELL us all that if we do , YE GONNA FALL and your end WONT BODE WELL . SO if we see any lamb
that does err from the truth , JUST KNOW that the one who converts HIM back has saved a soul from death
and covered a multitude of sins . BUT HE who wont correct , he who says OH YE cant fall , OH GOD understands ,
BEWARE for the blood of others will be on your hands . AND I DONT SEE ANY LOVE in allowing folks in danger
