I believe that since Jesus was setting an example for us, he couldn't say he was God in flesh.
I believe that since Jesus was setting an example for us, he couldn't say he was God in flesh.
The Bible doesn't teach me not to touch a hot stove, but I won't do it.What you believe is not what the Bible actually teaches
That would tell me Jesus is God in flesh.so, when the Bible says, "and the Word (Jesus Christ) was God" John 1:1, and "the Word became flesh and lived with us" (verse 14); and the original reading of 1 Timothy 3:16, "God was manifested in the flesh", are errors? These passages, as does Philippians 2:5-8, clearly teach that Jesus Christ is God, Who took upon Himself "human nature", while remaing God.
How can you keep on ignoring these important Scriptures, and keep on with your personal beliefs?
That would tell me Jesus is God in flesh.

I think there is only one God.Jesus is God in the flesh, but He is clearly distinct from the Father. In John 1:1, it is clear, that "the Word", Jesus Christ, is WITH, the Greek meaning, "in the presence of ANOTHER" God the Father. How can they be both the same Person? Can you be WITH someone, and be that someone? Your reasoning is flawed!
I think there is only one God.John 1:18, in the Original reading, is clear that there are TWO Who are equally called GOD, and they are clearly DISTINCT Persons
No one has ever seen God; the Unique God, who is at the Father's side, he has made him known
The First "God" is here "the Father". the "Unique God", is Jesus Christ, as in verse 1, Who is "at the Father's side", so they cannot be one and the same Person
I think there is only one God.
I think God is the Father. When he is speaking to us, he is the Holy Spirit. When he came down to earth in human form, he was Jesus. One Godhead, but clearly Three who are called GOD in the Bible
