Media Question

I never put anything in the Media area before and I might give it a whirl. Most posters seem to use it for photos etc. I was wondering if I could use it for videos?

Dead easy mate, just click the 'Insert image' tab at the bottom right for pics and the 'Media' tab at the top for vids..:)
