Its not how much one can say but how effectively one can get a point across in fewer words !

Sola Scriptura
OP ^
In a single word YES.
Sola Scriptura IS Worthy, Beneficial for hearing, knowing, believing, trusting, admonishing, verifying, EVERY WORD another Preaches.
Anti-Sola Scriptura IS a concocted, cunning, philosophical intended mind bending rouse, BY THE VERY MEN, WHO promote,
“THEIR WORD” is sufficient to BE TRUSTED, WITHOUT verification of Scripture.
And their LAUNDRY list of “reasoning of ANTI-SOLA SCRIPTURA”...
is laughable on its face! YET very appealing to the LAZY, who would RATHER be told what to believe THAN, miss a ball game, miss a party, and spend that time VERIFYING what they ARE told to Believe!
Glory to God,
Taken
Only cos in 1850 the English bible society with zero authority from Christ says so! The original KJV had more books and chapters

I am Baptist, not part of the Reformation.and Luther, Calvin and the other so called reformers?
apologetics is about information!
... Says no verse in the Bible.Mary was holy and wholly consecrated to God!
No, it doesn't uphold the incarnation of Jesus Christ ... it just seeks to exalt His mother and place her on the throne of God.Thats an apostolic tradition!
A tradition “teaching” that upholds the incarnation of Jesus Christ!
Which apostles were still alive in 381?he Bible was not assembled and approved until 381 by the apostles btw
Jerome agreed with the same "66 book*" canon and uninspired apocrypha when he translated the Hebrew and Greek originals into the Latin Vulgate (AD 382), so it is the Church of Rome that changed its mind (and Doctrines) over time. Publishers just stopped including uninspired books under the same cover as inspired books.Only cos in 1850 the English bible society with zero authority from Christ says so! The original KJV had more books and chapters
1st there are more than books and more chapters like the beautiful faith story of Susana I Dan 13.
2nd scripture come from the apostolic tradition.
3rd what about the divine of the word of God outside scripture? Psalm 19:1 Lk 3:2 gal 1:12 and the fact that Christ taught and revealed the word directly to the apostles in person for three years.
I agree and if ppl would be honest I would like to do a poll on how many honest ppl let the word lay around and collect dust except on the days they take it to church.
So many spout what thus saith the preacher, teacher ect as opposed to what saith God. !
Others have collected a menagerie of commemnraries, authored books, cliff notes ect. to read or stydy from.
The other sheep are the gentiles who will believe .You are the expert so why ask me?
You just caused his head to swell huge . HE thinks he actually follows JESUSI have noticed that thee faith has posted 18,955 comments and only received 1238 likes. That tells you a lot.
How many MORE words, MORE books, MORE chapters does one require to TRUST Gods WORD with verification above mens words without verification?
TEST ALL THINGS...
1 Thes 5:
[21] Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
When your Pope says this or that...
When you rely on letters of “ancient men” appointed “by ancient men”... BY WHAT do you measure their words? More of their words?
By what DO YOU measure Your Catechism words of men? More words of men appointed by men?
When Ancient men said...oh, oh, Mary, Mary, Mary....sinless, holy from her natural brith, forever virgin, mother of God, Queen of Heaven, Intercessor for men to pray to, for her see that their prayers be considered and answered, oh, oh, oh, Pray, Pray, Pray TO her, exalt her with statues to bow down to.....really?
WHAT exactly VERIFIED those teachings, besides more words of the same men who preached such nonsense?
What is your answer?
I am Baptist, not part of the Reformation.
All of the Reformers share the common history of being born into Roman Catholicism and attempting to REFORM the excesses and apostasy of their corrupt age (even Rome reformed the worst of the abuses and corruption within the Clergy). Thus they all began with Roman Dogma as the presupposition and attacked what was CONTRA-BIBLICAL.
- Since the Reformation, the RCC has continued to add to its exultation of Mary, thus even Luther and the Reformers would likely object to things like Queen of Heaven and the current push for Co-Redemptrix.
- Baptists start with people able to read the actual Word of God (Bible) in their vernacular (native) language. So the opinions of other people are interesting, but only the actual SCRIPTURE really matters. There is no mention of immaculate conception, perpetual virginity, or assumption for Mary (just for Jesus) in the Bible.

Information from whom, is the question.
Context is very very important in all things bibically discussed.
My teacher is the Holy Spirit the Father sent. Jesus said he would teach and remind us of the word.
Ppl can choke on a pea sized morsel !

(which is why I object to it)
