Quite the opposite. Salvation is a process...whereas holiness is not. Salvation is becoming more like Christ. And going from being a vessel of dishonour to one of honour. Have you read up to the verse that says...work out your own (individual) salvation with fear and trembling?

In a war...people are killed. But there are always MORE wounded than killed. So these come back from the war...blind, maimed, psychologically damaged....etc.

I respect other people's beliefs and view points. Psalm chapter 37 document that the those judged by Jesus to be unworthy, will go into lake of fire. Thier souls are blotted out. They don't exist anymore. Jesus doesn't torture anybody. Revelation is 20, the wicked and spirtualty dead are judged by their works. Proverbs chapter 5, the wicked destroy themselves. Who's name is not found lambs book of life. Again, those judged unworthy will go with satan into lake of fire. Revelation chapter 20 and psalm chapter 37. God's election won't be at the judgement seat on judgement day. How's that?? Romans chapter 8, first Peter chapter 1, Isaiah chapter 65, God's Election are predestined, chosen before foundation of the world. The election are already judged by God, in the first earth age. The position for elect can't be volunteered for. Again, the election are predestined and foreordained. The election will reign with Jesus during the millennium. Documentation, Ezekiel chapter 44, Isaiah chapter 65, revelation chapter 20.

Does this mean I'll be able to help God torture the bad people by sticking them with hot spears? Do you think God has his own Olympics where the good people (that's us) compete to see who can inflict the most horrific torture on the bad people? That would be a blast!

Jesus is real.
The Devil is real.
Hell is real.

The torment that will be found in Hell that is literally cast into the Lake of Fire will be greater then the Torment that Jesus endured on the Cross to try to keep you out of Hell.
The Torment that Jesus endured on the Cross, helps us to understand the misery, the level of misery.... that will be found in Hell and the Lake of Fire.
Jesus's torment ended, and that is not the case for those who go to Hell.

Jesus said its better that you tear out you eye then to die and go to Hell.
He's not kidding.

Hell is not a garbage dump that exists outside of Jerusalem.
I should know, as ive been there quite a few times.

Always realize that the Devil would not want you to believe that Hell exists and He uses deceived people to try to deny its reality.

Hell was created before Adam was created. This means it existed before Jerusalem existed.

Hell was created for "the devil and his angels".

Unbelievers go there because they are "of your father the devil", so, where He ends up, the unbelievers end up., and that is not Heaven.
Whereas the born again end up with THEIR Father, who is The Father of Christ who is in Heaven.

Jesus spoke more about Hell than He spoke about Heaven.

If you die never being born again...

"Jesus said, you MUST be born again", = then you will go to Hell.

As we near the end of the book of Revelation we see the nations of the world being judged at a judgment called the The Great White Throne Judgment (GWT).

It reads as follows...

Rev. 20:11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

1. This judgment is for the people of all nations and follows 1,000 years after the judgment of the house of God.

2. There are 3 books opened at the GWT judgment..."books and another book" makes 3.

3. People at this judgment are judged by the works...not whether they accepted Jesus or God's grace.

5. Not everyone in the second resurrection is cast into the lake of fire. That is a religious contrivance. It's like saying.."everyone that did not have a place on the bus had to walk." Does that mean that everyone had to walk???


So in our time there is mostly religious confusion based on a lot of muddying the water with religious dogmas, fables, and superstitions that have crept in unawares by a lack of spiritual watchmen. I would think most believers have most of the above points wrong...and many have them all wrong. How can the modern religion derived from a historic muddling of Christianity get the bible so wrong???

#2. I think "another book" is just inclusive with books that are opened. The dead reprobates are standing there and those in Christ are standing there - Two groups of souls > Two books. What other book could there be?
In one book you have all unbelievers throughout history including all their sins. Is there a hearing at the end of time ... a line of billions of souls waiting for their turn while God goes over each and every sin (of which are thousands) ... "Throw this one into the flames ... next in line, proceed forward!" I can't picture that.
This brings to mind a couple verses: "And just as it is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment," Hebrews 9:27
So at death we are judged already. And I will go further than that; even those reprobates (whom inly God knows) who are still living, are already judged.
"He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God."
I think that those who have been in Hades are fully aware of what they did or didn't do and those sins are refreshed in their minds with sober clarity as if It just happened.
So a GWT Judgment would not require God to tediously go over trillions of sins, one by one, nor each soul individually, because they are already judged. This is not a court hearing or trial as we know it, it is just an immediate pronouncement, as fast as a twinkling of an eye and in a flash, the first earth, heavens, Hades and all who are in it, Death, Satan and His demons are burned in a fervent heat (2 Peter 3:10).
Now the other book includes those who have faith in Christ, have been born from above, saved and sealed by the Holy Spirit. What are we judged for? Our sins have been forgiven already; so it is not for sins. It is for our goods works and therefore rewards are given in accordance to our deeds. But is there waiting period
for our rewards? In the same way, I think we have already been rewarded in life and in eternity (not fully yet). But let's look at this verse:
"The nations were enraged,c
and Your wrath has come.
The time has come to judge the dead
and to reward Your servants the prophets,
as well as the saints and those who fear Your name, both small and great—
and to destroy those who destroy the earth.”

When does that happen? Looks like at the 7th Trumpet, prior to the Millennial Kingdom.
What can we say then about the GWT Judgment? When we are finally resurrected, are we some how transported spiritually to that time of the GWT as we were when we were born again, transported back in time to the cross to die with Christ?
