hearing it chanted out loud shows just how ridiculous homophobes sound when they try to pretend it is actually going on.

In Florida Gov Desantis has been working hard to get pornography out of the schools. SO far he has succeeded in getting these books removed from the schools:
The Diary of Anne Frank
the Biography of President Barak Obama
The Invisible Man
Shakespear's plays including A Midsummer's Night Dream, Much Ado About Nothing and Julius Ceasar
The Scarlett letter
Paradice Lost
I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings
Raisin in the Sun
The Good Earth

Fact check: Fake list of banned Florida books circulates widely online

A list of 25 books supposedly banned in schools and libraries in Florida is fake. There is no state banned book list, DeSantis' spokesperson said.

Here is a listing of books banned in school from last year, It will be interesting to see the tally for 2023. Florida is noteworthy for having more than 350 books banned from schools. That is schols and school libraries not "Media Centers" as the Governor tired to claim.

Some of the books banned from Florida schools last year:
To kill a Mockingbird
Race and Policing in Modern America
The Talk: Conversations about Race, Love and Truth
The Diary of Anne Frank
Letter from the Birmingham Jail
Harvey Milk
The Perks of Being a Wallflower
Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West

According to Govenor Desantis these are all pornographic.

Maybe you can tell me just what makes To Kill a Mockingbird pornographic

If I had to guess it’s not that it’s pornagraphic but does it contain the N word?
