I am sure the meds make you tired also.. Almost like the worse of two evils..

Yes I don't take to much of the med he gave me for the episodes because they can cause severe drowsiness. I don't like being that way, the spells pass after a few hours on their own for the most part. But the meds can help lighten the hallucinations effect.

At lease you know they are hallucinations and not real..

I have developed severe disabling hallucinating spells that appear to be getting worse over the years. I get them about 6-11 days out of the month and they last for a few hours each. I have to lie down and sleep when they hit. I'm not sure how much longer I will be active.

Such as:
Weather…
Food you eat…
Anything you Hear that disturbs you.
Anything you See that disturbs you.
Anything you Hear that you like.
Anything you See that you like.
Tasks you do but don’t like.
Tasks you do but do not mind.

Just curious. I’m a “pattern” person, by what triggers an instant pleasant or irritating reaction….How people deal with “irritating” has a “long” list, from trying to ignore, to fight, to walk away, to unsure and the body itself, can take over and conjour up inexplainable and uncontrolled thoughts and images.
Not tying to be an arm-chair psychiatrist…just curious.

I see a voice coming from out to the left and it accuses me of things I didn't do. But normally the meds take care of any hallucinations. It's just during these episodes that it gets loud.

I keep a journal of each episode, but I don't describe them as confessing the hallucinations always seem to make them worse especially the more descriptive I get.

The doctor said they are caused probably from stress and that trying to work would only aggravate my condition. I tend to agree with him but did notice that they seem to be brought on from physical stress instead of mental.

Long ago The Lord anointed me to preach The Gospel and equiped me in alot of areas, even though I am not worthy of this calling. I have been around schizophranianic people, but not with the eyes of the world, or of of doctors. I have even walked through the hospitals. I have always found the problem as spiritual. The true gift of discernment of spirits discerns The Presence of The Lord as well as the presence of the enemy. In these cases the presence of the enemy was there and they knew whom was with me.(The Holy Spirit). I know that they leave, and they come back(episodes). Here is a test to show you there is nothing wrong with your brain, and it will show you weather it is an external problem or an internal one. The next time it gets bad, play dumb for a while, and then speak these words out loud with faith, "The Lord rebukes you, The Lord Jesus rebukes you!" And then sit back and watch it all dissapate, little by little. Let me guess, how it starts, you have a small worry, and then fear sets in stronger, and stronger until it has a strong grip on you, some times simular to a panic attack. Now I know there may be some in here that will not like these words but I speak about what I know for the sake of The Body. Think of the paralel of the woman with the flow of blood for all those years and the 27 to 50 for this problem. Whom was responsible for this woman being bound up all those years, and whom is responsible to her being set free of this infirmity. We as Christians , those that are truly born from above, have within us The Power and Authority in Jesus Name(The Holy Spirit) over the enemy where ever it is found. I write these words to you dev553344 for your consideration. And for clarification, The Spiritual Gifts Is The Holy Spirit as all Glory Honor and Praise belong to The Lord and The Lord alone.

I do believe in normal brain problems that cause hallucinations. The mind is a complex thing, I don't believe the normal Christian comprehends that. Many falsely identify schizophrenia as demons. But that doesn't look correct in the schizophrenia cases I have encountered.

Thanks @Wynona. I think it's just something I have to accept. It is difficult to accept things like that, I seem to be OK at the moment, but it has progressed over a two year period and become more problematic.
