I wonder how much she intends to cap rent control?
Here in Los Angeles, for those of us in older buildings, the city only allows a rent increase of 3 or 4% a year. And since I get a rent increase every year, the increase gets larger each year.
So if she caps the increase higher than 4%....she will be allowing the landlords to get even more money.
