AI is like really primitive right now compared to what it will be in about 10 years.
I have fun with my Echo Show 8 and sometimes it gives wrong answers.
Today Echo Show is somewhat like having the web talk back to you.
They are trying to humanize AI using large Language Models, LLM.
What that means , AI is learning from millions of forum posts how people respond to events in their life from people's own responses.

Understand a chatbot knows nothing, is not alive and is unfeeling without emotion.
You can't make it happy or sad.
It is just a machine language model.
People in a bad mental place, have problems no machine can solve.
There is no human on the other end of the line such as in a social media forum
I have read of cases where social media forum members have said mean enough things that 'vulnerable' youth have then decided to kill themselves. Those who listen to that have their life style choices set in the wrong places.

I'm in a men's bible studies group. We often lament how this lastest generation have no social skills. Public school systems cannot teach it, it has and always has been Christian upbringing. Compare the 1950's with 2000. Before computers and cell phones. Yes, my kids and I hit the malls at Christmas, little league, and more.
