I made bao and spring rolls with roasted chili garlic oil for lunch. I forgot to chop the garlic in the spring rolls.

I didn't know it, but eating cloves of raw garlic raises GABA and dopamine levels and can cause a euphoric effect. I'm super chilled out.

I've had raw cloves of garlic before, and they're not bad, but the Sweet Lady didn't want to kiss me afterwards. I prefer the kissing.

Is it possible to put too much garlic in a meal?

I put it in with bacon, onion and rice about 6 massive garlic cloves ,killed it ,it did.lol.

The melas do sound good. I enjoy garlic. I like real garlic, for some reason I get sick when I use garlic sauces or something. I’ve used several different types of garlic sauces and each time I’ve gotten sick but I can peel and dice 3-4 cloves cook it with potatoes or something and it’s perfectly fine.

I use raw sometimes. Mostly I’ll peel one to two pieces of garlic and mix it into a blender or processor with cooked diced potatoes and blend it into a mash for mashed potatoes and it’s pretty good.

I don't think so! The chili garlic oil I made with a little brown sugar and two whole things of garlic. I went back and hour later to put it away for the week. My youngest had snuck in there and taken all of the garlic out for herself. I don't really blame her.

It's also close to flu season, so I don't really want her to stop either.

Only trouble is, produce is not cheap. For a little clove of garlic it's about $1.35. I could use a whole clove daily. I might need to learn how to grow garlic.

i can chomp on raw garlic with my food all the time sister .
You dont need as much as you think . You can buy the whole cluster , the clove but you dont need
to eat that entire thing in one day . THOUGH i probably could . i usually eat
three or four little sections with a meal . Well for lunch and sometimes dinner too anyway .

I remember when i used to sneak the mint cookies late at night . But mama knew . she knew .
