Hi Debp, much as I love Dr Berg, he has limited understanding of Lyme - in fact he commits the most serious crime of calling it LymeS lol. There are many things that are said to kill it including many herbs which I have tried, but that bacteria is much too clever for that! They quickly learn how to avoid attacks and dig deeper into bones and tissue. Stevia might help or not - no human studies but thank you will do some research on that. I have tried many things that are supposed to help.

Excellent video. Another problem that Dr Berg does not go into, is that Mg is hard to get into the cells. Many supplements will not work very well. I am taking Mg that has something in to help with that. Many fillers in many supps are to be avoided.

Yes but even so, it is still hard to get in there. I buy mine from the US. There is a lot of info on the Low Toxin forum about Mg.

I hope you were able to watch the videos by Dr. Berg I posted for you. He explains what is happening and what to do so well.
12 hours or more overnight, then 1 or even more times during the day. However this is due I believe to the results of killing Lyme and having detox symptoms. I have to feel worse before I get better. I never know exactly though.
Can you pinpoint a reason why you are so tired today? You are bound to have nutritional deficiencies with the trauma. Might be a help to go on NON conventional AF forums.

I think I’m still in anxiety....as AF is horrible, plus I dread coming out of it, so scary...I need to put my faith and trust in God more, I know...plus I have some family problems which aren’t helping.
I'm not familiar with that. Is it similar to Fibromyalgia? I understand that some doctors feel that Fibromyalgia patients are not actually suffering an illness...but it's psychological. But I understand it's a real condition.

Watch Dr. Berg about the importance of Magnesium. Magnesium relaxes the arteries so the blood flows better. It also helps people to relax and also sleep.
He recommends Magnesium Glycinate because it doesn't cause diarrhea like other forms of Magnesium. It is more easily absorbed.

There are various exercises that lower cortisol. Dr Aimee is helpful for that. Look up somatic therapies for trauma.
Even just clenching muscles and releasing them helps so does slow deep breathing.
