The Bible says that ALL Liars winn have NO share in the Kingdom of Heaven (Rev. 21:8)

Then you'd better get right with the Lord and repent of telling people to ignore the teachings of Jesus and the Apostle and instead join your religious social club.

I only teach Paul's Doctrine as there is no other given to the Christians, as found in a NT.

It's obvious you ignore what the Lord says thru the other Apostles which leads some to believe Paul is your idol

As such you have no room to be trying to correct the catholics disagree.gif

I beg to differ – but when someone takes the words and writings of Paul and places the ABOVE those of Jesus – that is the worship of a false god. He calls Paul’s Gospel, THE Gospel” and dismisses the rest of the New Testament.

He is the very reason that Peter wrote of Paul’s Letters:
2 Pet. 3:15-16

And count the patience of our Lord as salvation, just as our beloved brother Paul also wrote to you according to the wisdom given him, as he does in all his letters when he speaks in them of these matters. There are some things in them that are hard to understand, which the ignorant and unstable twist to their own destruction, as they do the other Scriptures.
Nobody is putting the words of Paul above the words of Jesus. Also, Peter saying that some things Paul wrote are hard to understand is in no way saying that they are less true, or less important, than parts of Scripture that are easier to understand. The epistles of Paul are part of God's word. You have certainly not convinced me that anybody here is worshipping Paul.

From the apostles? Yes, they were the foundation of the church with Jesus, but those teachings and traditions for us are found in Scripture.

If the Scriptures alone mature a saint for good works, what else is needed. Once again you are arguing from silence which is a vain argument. We could say because the bible does not say the Quran is bad- it too could be an authority.

But you know better because all things we adhere to must first be filtered and approved through Scripture. No matter what Pope, priest or preacher says it
Nice job avoiding the topic. Where does Scripture say all things "must be first filtered and approved through" it. If your argument is based on "profitable" then you're in big trouble. It's amazing how you folks believe things not in Scripture and deny things that are.

Really? Jesus says, "Amen Amen, I say to you unless you eat the flesh (my addition: not bread, not hear my world, not have faith),of the son of man and drink.his blood, you do nott have life within you". He repeats himself in verses 54, 55 and 56. Now every argument I've ever heard against Jesus speaking plainly here comes from some other source besides Jesus.

WRONG again . . .

Ezek. 36:25-28
I will sprinkle clean water upon you, and you shall be clean from all your uncleanness from all your idols I will cleanse you. A new heart I will give you, and a new spirit I will put within you
; and I will remove from your body the heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. I will put my spirit within you, and make you follow my statutes and be careful to observe my ordinances. Then you shall live in the land that I gave to your ancestors; and you shall be my people, and I will be your God.

John 3:5
Jesus answered, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.

Mark 16:16
He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.

Acts 2:3839
And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ rfor the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive sthe gift of the Holy Spirit. For tthe promise is for you and ufor your children and for all who are far off, everyone whom the Lord our God calls to himself.”

Acts 22:16
And now why do you wait? Rise and be baptized, and wash away your sins, calling on his name.'

Col. 2:11-12
In him also you were circumcised with a circumcision made without hands, by putting off the body of flesh in the circumcision of Christ; and you were buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through faith in the working of God, who raised him from the dead

1 Pet. 3:21
Baptism, which corresponds to this, now saves you, not as a removal of dirt from the body but as an appeal to God for a clear conscience, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,

John 3:5
Jesus answered, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of WATER and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.
Oh wow, I did not know Ezekiel 36:25 said that, I gotta say you can't argue with that.

1 Corinthians 10:23-24 - You say, “I am allowed to do anything”—but not everything is good for you. You say, “I am allowed to do anything”—but not everything is beneficial. 24 Don’t be concerned for your own good but for the good of others.

How do you decide what's good for you? How do you decide what is beneficial?
You use God's Word to "filter" or judge what is good and beneficial.

Jesus is the final authority and Jesus taught Paul everything he talks about. Everything in scripture agrees, even Peter reluctantly agreed with Paul, because Paul spoke under the authority of Christ.

Beautiful and no where does it say use only the word of God. Gods word also has Jesus saying eat my flesh and drink my blood.

So we agree unless you eat the flesh of the son of man and drink his blood you have no life within you. I love agreement

Yes we agree, the flesh and blood of Jesus Christ is our communion with Him and He in us and Christ is in us.

Galatians 2:20 - I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.

There is an awful lot of "you worship Paul", no "you worship Mary", and excessive attacks on denominations going on here.

There are several rules that the boundaries are really getting pushed on and there is also some overstepping of those boundaries.

I am giving a lot of grace here, but this thread may be locked soon and a few warnings may be dished out.

[*]Do not state or imply that another member or group of members who have identified themselves as Christian are not Christians.

[*]Do not attack another member's character in any way. Address the post content, not the member's character, family, denominational affiliation

[*]No insults are allowed. Included in this are all forms of flaming, harassment, and trolling/goading

[*]Denominational Posts – Excessive posts either attempting to either push a single denomination (or group) or attacking another denomination are included in this rule.

On that last one please keep in mind this site is non-denominational, we allow Christians from all Christian denominations to participate, and I ask you show respect to one another. For example please refrain from calling each other's Christian denominations "satanic".....

First of all - it's not MY job to convince you of anything. Besides, you’re just taking a position because I’m a Catholic and you share his beliefs.

As I already posited - he places Paul’s words and writings ABOVE those of Jesus, who is GOD. Placing ANYTHING above God is to create another god. This is the very definition of idolatry.

He refers to Paul’s Gospel, THE Gospel” and dismisses the rest of the NT Gospels and Epistles. You can keep trying to defend him – but his position is
indefensible . . .

Actually many in the OSAS / eternal security peoples are doing exactly that as they claim Jesus taught the law to the Jews and Paul taught his own gospel intended for non-Jews. This is of course bunk bogus rubbish but the OSAS / eternal security peoples are quite dedicated to their deception they are entangled in.

Also, Peter saying that some things Paul wrote are hard to understand

The Lord also said thru Peter that they twist what the Lord said thru Paul to their own destruction which the the OSAS / eternal security peoples are doing with the help of their demon handlers who lead and guide them to teach the wisdom of men as though it were the wisdom of God.

Those skillful in the Word of Righteousness (God's Word) do not follow the false doctrines of the denominations

You have no scriptures to "debunk"? Jesus did teach eternal security to His sheep. John 10:28. Jesus did teach the Apostle Paul everything He taught in his letters. So basically, Paul is an extension of Jesus's teaching. What's you point?

That's why Paul says, Everyone should examine himself about eating and drinking from the cup. For a person who eats and drinks without discerning the body of the Lord is eating and drinking judgement on himself.

Classic example of accepting one thing Jesus said while ignoring His warnings that prove OSAS is false.

Rejecting the whole counsel of God and Cherry pickin at it's finest! clueless-doh.gif
