I was quoting the scripture from memory, and it was close enough. Here are some verses on this subject: -

Matthew 12:31-32: - The Unpardonable Sin
(Mark 3:28-30)
31 "Therefore I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven men. 32 Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, either in this age or in the age to come.

NKJV

Mark 3:28-30: - The Unpardonable Sin
(Matt 12:31,32; Luke 12:10)
28 "Assuredly, I say to you, all sins will be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they may utter; 29 but he who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is subject to eternal condemnation" — 30 because they said, "He has an unclean spirit."

NKJV

Luke 12:8-12: - Confess Christ Before Men
(Matt 10:32,33)
8 "Also I say to you, whoever confesses Me before men, him the Son of Man also will confess before the angels of God. 9 But he who denies Me before men will be denied before the angels of God.
10 "And anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but to him who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven.
11 "Now when they bring you to the synagogues and magistrates and authorities, do not worry about how or what you should answer, or what you should say. 12 For the Holy Spirit will teach you in that very hour what you ought to say."

NKJV

Is Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit a sin?
This blasphemy does not, cannot, pertain to the indwelt Christian.

“And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever — the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you” (John 14:16-17).

You are welcome to believe what you want.

1 John 1:5-10: - Fellowship with Him and One Another
5 This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. 6 If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. 7 But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.
8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.

I have heard enough, you just did in just a few posts contradict Jesus again and again, you twist scripture or add to it according to your own false doctrine.

You have free will to believe what you want.

No one in the OT is born again.
So, after the New Covenant was created by the Blood of Jesus, then once a sinner is forgiven, then Heaven is their eternal Home.

Its SIN that was separating us from God, since Adam..........and because "God hath made Jesus to be sin for us".....then this takes care of our sin issue, which is why all the born again are found "In Christ" as "one with God".
Behold, Ezekiel speaks clearly that if a righteous man turns from righteousness and does evil, he will not live (Ezekiel 18:24). This shows that sin separates man from God, but obedience brings life. In the days before Christ, no one was born again by the Spirit, yet people could still walk with God by faith and obedience. Scripture shows this in men like Noah who “found grace in the eyes of the Lord” (Genesis 6:8), and in Abraham who “believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness” (Genesis 15:6). These people were not left without hope. Jesus Himself said that “many will come from east and west, and sit down with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven” (Matthew 8:11). He also said that “God is not the God of the dead but of the living” when speaking of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (Matthew 22:32). This proves that the faithful of old are alive to Him and shall be raised up.

When Christ shed His blood, it was not only for those after Him but also for all who belong to God, for He said He came “to give His life a ransom for many” (Matthew 20:28). The sacrifice of Christ reaches both backward and forward, because He is “the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world” (Revelation 13:8). The people of old are saved, not by their own works, but by the same sacrifice of Christ, though it was revealed later. What Ezekiel warns is still true: if a person turns from righteousness to sin and refuses to repent, they will not live (Ezekiel 18:24). And what Jesus teaches is the same: “He who endures to the end shall be saved” (Matthew 24:13), and “if anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered” (John 15:6).

Behold, Ezekiel speaks clearly that if a righteous man turns from righteousness and does evil

Are you aware that God's Son has taken the sin of the world upon Himself, and all who call on the Name of Jesus shall be saved?

Do you know what "saved" means?

Its means eternally forgiven, ...

Notice this verse.

"Jesus is the ONE TIME.........ETERNAL.... Sacrifice for sin".

See that word "eternal"?.........that means that Jesus is the ETERNAL Sin bearer, for all who are SAVED.

Like this...."God hath made JESUS... to BE SIN...........for us"..

= The "US" is all the born again.

Ezekiel 18 tells us that if a righteous person, whether a devote Jew or a Christian sins and turns away from God,

The New Covenant, (are you aware there is one ?? )....states that forgiveness is eternal.
This is the Blood Atonement, that is the "eternal Sacrifice for sin".
"eternal".

So, all who are under the New Covenant, are become "the righteousness of God in Christ".

CHRISTians are "one with God"...."in Christ"........eternally forgiven.
There is no changing this, by a bad mood or a bad day, or by some carnal deed.

Next time I read @pandaflower and she says something contrary to the words of Christ I will let you know and explain why, just wait and see.
feel free..

I will do the same to anyone (including you) who does the same
As for the Gospel there is only one!! That is he authoritative words of Christ, His main message IS " Repent!, the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand"
Agreed
Repent means sin no more it means to follow the Commandments that are the Covenant. We may stumble sometimes but we must continue on the narrow path that leads to eternal Life. Realize that Christ clearly said that not many find this path (Mat. 7:14), well there goes the false notion that everyone is saved. Just believing in Christ is not enough, you must Abide in Him and do what he asks!! Read His words and do as he says Jesus is the only way to eternal life!
No. see you just tought a false truth. repent means to basically do a 180 or change ones mind.

Repenting for salvation is comming from a state of unbelief to a state of faith.

We are saved by grace through faith period. not of works lest anyone (including you) should boast.

If we want to save ourselves. God =gave us the standard. Never break one comand. Never commit one sin.

you failed and I have failed. for all have sinned and fall short of that standard.

so now we must rely on grace

Paul; made it clear. it is not by works of righteousness in which we have done, But By Gods mercy.

you can not earn grace. and you can not earn mercy. it is freely given (only in this case. the cost was the cross)

the whole "lose salvation" and teachings people claim are not "salvation" issues, makes me think of a worker that goes to his boss and asks "whats the bare minimum amount of work i can do to in order to get my full paycheck." i wonder what a boss would think of a worker like this?

When you realize , if you ever do, that Jesus did the work, on The Cross, so that a SINNER can receive God's FREE Gift of Salvation......then you will have finally understood God's Salvation.

Matt 5:29 If your right eye causes you to sin, tear it out and throw it away. For it is better that you lose one of your members than that your whole body be thrown into hell.

Matt 5:30 And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. For it is better that you lose one of your members than that your whole body go into hell.

Do you think that like John 6, Jesus spoke literally?

That you only have to tear out your right eye, and not your left eye and keep sinning after all ?

Do you still have 2 eyes and 2 hands my literal friend ?
So you just keep talking even though you can't show any evidence you have the authoritative understanding of Scripture. I love the blind stubbornness

Jesus came to liberate us from the law, now we can do whatever we want.
funny how aleister crowley taught the same thing, he replaced Jesus with Satan but the end result is the same thing, do whatever you want

Ezekiel 18 tells us that if a righteous person, whether a devote Jew or a Christian sins and turns away from God, if he will not repent of sin of turning away from God, he will die the second death.

That is Old Testament. And pertains to the Jews of that time.

That is a scriptural principle for all holy men to live by.

“For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.” (Rom 15:4, KJV)

Woe unto men who make the holy scriptures void.

“Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men…” (Mrk 7:7-8, KJV)

…the tradition of Once Saved Always Saved is a strong delusion. And anytime I hear people separate themselves from damning scripture they usually use the phrase, “that’s for the Jews”, because they have been corrupted by Dispensational theology. That foul abominable teaching that has taken hold on many because of its luring images and great swelling words of vanity.

I sniffed out that fraud of a theology very early in my walk in the faith.

Sure, you can do what you want.
You can live the life you want,.......as you are doing it right now @jaybird
No one is living it for you, you are living the life you choose.....every day.
Now, if you are actually a Christian....then Paul said you are to "Presnet your BODY........(yourself) as a living sacrifice to God, as your reasonable SERVICE"

"Service'........= your discipleship.

This is not your Salvaiton......its your SERVICE, its your Daily offering of yourself to God as He would use you.

But that is not your Salvation.... Its your discipeship.

Your Salvation is a GIFT from God......that is FREE..........and it was completed by Jesus on The Cross.

funny how aleister crowley taught the same thing, he replaced Jesus with Satan

Crowley never taught Paul's Gospel.

Anton LaVay's Satanic Bible has one Law in it.. 'Do what you will, is the whole of the Law".

in other words, according to the free gift doctrine, this does not matter

Salvation is a Free Giftl given to a SINNER who comes to God through Christ.

Ephesians 2:8

8 For by = grace are ye saved .. = through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the Gift of God.

do what you will. this is what Crowley taught

Yes, all modern Satanists teach the "one Law" from LaVay's Satanic Bible.

However if you research earlier Euro Paganism, they teach something different, but its still related to submission to carnal thinking and behavior.

you think Jesus and Satan would teach the same thing?

I already explained to you what Service is........vs Salvation.

Its amazing to me how mightily you people struggle. You realize don't you that even when the prodigal son was feeding the pigs he was still the father's son but he walked away from the father. I'm not sure how that's confusing to you. Walking away didn't change who he was but it's presumptuous to think he was saved just because he was the son.
If he was still his son. it means he was still his son.

it is amazing that people think a child of God is not saved..

I can listen to you, a rando on the Internet, or I can listen to Ignatius of Antioch who was a disciple of John. If I have to explain to you why I chose the latter over the former then I better understand why you believe heresies.
Listen to whoever you want.

when you are unable to answer questions. or show an answer from the people you are trusting.

then you should question who you are listenign to.

also note when you can not answer things.. you should not try to judge others as being in error. when you admit you do not even know yourself. you just believe what you have been taught..

There appear to be Humanists here. They think Jesus was just a man. And as such, they who are just a man,are able to pervert the true Gospel so to fit their ideal.

I say let them labor to save themselves. And when they're dead, learn the ultimate lesson in, we told ya so.

God calls whom he will to his grace.
legalism or religion is Satans greatest victory over the human race.
