No. You can see here that the 2 men who jumped up towards the stage could not have shot him. One comes from the right of Charlie and the one on the left was running before he took the leap. Also, he appears to have a brown shirt, but look at rense's pic and those people in the pic are not there in the video. You can see all of this in the first 6 seconds of this video

Set the screen size to full screen, then click the play button and watch the extreme upper right hand corner of your screen, and you will see him actually hop over the railing and rush toward the stage.

I didn't find it on YouTube but at the link provided. However the original video is probably somewhere on YouTube, but Rense's proposed shooter is in the shade, on the shady side of the tent, so in original video it is probably somewhat difficult to see what went on in the shaded area, which is why Rense lightened up the circle around his proposed shooter in the video he posted.

Also there is better video evidence of an exit wound on the opposite side, (Kirk's right side), higher up and just below his ear, (you can see it a little bit in this video), I will not be posting anything more obvious than this, it's too gruesome, but I saw it also in the autopsy report. That also supports Rense's theory, (bullet trajectory as from the location of Rense's shooter).

I can't stand Kimmel. BUT free speech seems to be under assault now. I hate what he said but he has a right. Were we happy when we were censored for speech? No no no no... this isnt good

I thought about it-- the brown shirt- that little gun didn't make the woosh sound like rense's video makes- that was added and they took the real sound out. I can't trust it.
Clearly they knew him since he helped carry him. Has he been identified is the Q?

I think I'm done with this. I believe Robinson did it. Maybe I just need to be done. The guy confessed. His neighbors are being interviewed and seem to be for real.
At any rate- does any of it really matter now? We know the government lies and we still lost a young brother.

Free speech is under assault --- by the left. Kimmel was fired because ABC took offense to what he said. An employer is free to fire someone for whatever reason they wish. But he still has freedom of speech. He can still say whatever he wants, just not on ABC's network anymore.

Yes. That's the point. We now should expect for the left to be rational? Forget that. These are people who celebrate the death of babies daily. They celebrate all that's is evil. We can no longer be surprised. Let them hate us all. Who cares.

And a couple of months ago CBS said they weren't going to renew Stephen Colbert. I'm glad as he also would get quite hateful in his monologues.

Jimmy Fallon is alright....he doesn't get hateful. If he makes a political joke, it's light hearted.

Yes, the only option to spare his life is to claim some from of insanity- in this case they will go for temporary insanity/passion. Having a legal background I can't tell you how often that is used as defense when there is no other viable alternative. At this point, it is only an attempt to spare his life. The problem is that there is clear premeditation. A crime of passion is a sudden extreme emotion causing violence. This is not that.
