Nobody is claiming Jews don't need to get born again by coming to Jesus for salvation... well John Hagee does, but he's a false teacher to be ignored on numerous topics. (he thinks there are 2 different plans of salvation and the one for the Jews doesn't not require them to accept Jesus and get born again which of course is heresy)
The racist Jew hating pigs don't understand is that the Lord wants them to get saved and they are beloved of the Father (Romans 11:28).... these people expect the Lord to have mercy upon them if they backslide, but they refuse to desire mercy for Israel because they are racist Jew hating pigs just like their father the devil.
People need to remember at present Israel is like the prodigal son and the Father's door is open for them to return and those working against them coming back are cursed of God! It ends very very badly for the racist Jew hating pigs.
I don't know what anyone else preaches, but in the above, when you repeat the "racist Jew hating pigs" over and over for an effect, you would be calling Jesus Christ (and Paul) and other Jews who agree with Jesus and Paul the same thing (or "self hating" Jews, since that is what these are sometimes called). And simply because you have aimed those "racist Jew pigs" words at those who acknowledge what Jesus Christ says (Rev 2:9) and at what Paul says (Rom 9:6) when he says, For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel. In just acknowledging either of their words (which are truth) that is what you appear to want to smear them with, rather than open up a cordial discussion with them.
And I am not saying this because I disagree with you on the natural branches being broken off and that that they can be grafted in, but why should anyone be made to feel like Jacob is above reproach (because it is written they are ungodly)? It is okay to aknowledge that fact without it being implied someone is a racist Jew hating pig. Don't let what the Lord said thru Paul in Romans 11:28 get in the way of hating Jews.

In the end we'll see what happens to those that oppose Israel, Who the Father considered to be beloved.

You should obey Romans 11:18 which advises humility and warns against arrogance towards those who have been rejected due to unbelief. It emphasizes that the root supports the branches, not the other way around.

How do you come to your reasonings that somehow I believe Paul lies in Rom 11:28 by also quoting Paul in Phil 3:2 who refers to them a dogs there?
Maybe because you cannot recconcile the possibility he wrote both Romans 11:28 and Phil 3:2 ?
He was not wise in his own conceits for writing both.

It says that Abraham and his children are elect. It says that anyone who believes like Abraham, will be adopted unto Abraham. So everyone has the chance to become elect, even if they didn't start as part of the elect group.
Election is about the group; not individuals. That's the first error that Calvin (and Arminius) make, and it all spirals from there. Once that key point is understood, it becomes easy to unravel most of the errors of Reformed Theology.

The real reason why the unbelieving Jews rejected Jesus of Nazareth as The Christ was because God put spiritual blindness upon the majority of them, as Apostle Paul taught in Romans 11. Paul said that happened so The Gospel would go to the Gentiles. Paul also told us (Christ's Church) to not be conceited about that, because God will remove that blindness ("spirit of stupor") He put upon the majority of Jews when the fullness of the Gentiles comes in (at Christ's future return).

It is correct that the majority of unbelieving Jews do not convert to Lord Jesus at any time PRIOR to His future appearance at His 2nd coming.
The Zechariah 12 Chapter, towards the end of that Chapter, reveals how those Jews who rejected Him will 'mourn' for Him like a long lost son. And that each family of the Jews apart will mourn for Jesus, and that only will happen when Jesus appears coming in the clouds.
Even in the Luke 23 Scripture when Jesus was heading to be crucified, and Jerusalem women on the sides wept for Him, Jesus quoted the "Blessed are the barren" metaphor of Isaiah 54 to them that they will be saying to the blessed at His future return, for those deceived Jews will be blessing those who did believe, and thus remained "a chaste virgin" spiritually waiting for Christ's future return.
And what Apostle Paul taught in Romans 11 seals the Truth of the matter, because Paul showed that GOD Himself put the "spirit of slumber" upon the majority of Paul's brethren the Jews...

That means the unbelieving Jews who rejected Lord Jesus as The Christ will obtain mercy in final because of God's mercy of The Gospel going also to the Gentiles. It was so that ALL... might obtain God's mercy.
And definitely, IF God Himself is Who blinds someone away from The Gospel, the blinded person had no choice to believe or not believe, so that blindness MUST BE REMOVED first before they can be held accountable for their choice. That will happen for all those whom God has blinded away from The Gospel during this world when they see Lord Jesus Christ coming in the clouds.

God calls them His People.... currently they are like the prodigal son, but the Father still loves them and is helping them with His door open to them wanting / waiting for them to come back.
Just like YOU should you backslide away from the Lord.... He still loves you and wants you to come back because He does not want the backslider to end up in hell.
What's suspect here is many who claim to be Christian expect God's mercy for themselves but seek to deny God's mercy for the descendants of Abraham which of course makes these folks to be hypocrites! You know, mercy for me but not for thee kinda thing which they got from listening to the devil.
None the less, God's Word teaches that every human He ever created was "elected" for salvation.
Each person must repent of their sins and come to the Lord and get born again and then must walk with Him abiding in Christ unto the end to actually be accepted in to the presence of the Lord.
